Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Family/pet friendly property (West Apt)

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Lots of character, this property used to be a general store, with high ceilings and a large open living area to gather. 2 Full size pull out couches for addl sleeping space. 2 large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and an outside area to sit, dine/grill. In addition, there are 4 badges for beach/pier entry. Note: 25+ yrs to rent. Weekly rentals (Saturday-Saturday) July through the end of August preferred. Thanks
