Beachfront vacation rentals in Seaside Heights

Carol's place was fantastic and just a block from the beach. The kids loved the place and the heated pool was such a great benefit. The place was exactly as described and the perfect amount of space for our group. We had great memories at the house and will surely book again when back in New Jersey.

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

Alejandro’s place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The house was roomy and comfortable and the yard was key with pool, fire pit and mini golf. We would stay again!

We usually rent a lake house but we really enjoyed the pool. The house was exactly as described, close to grocery stores, and was a very enjoyable week

Michaels place was everything I could have hoped for! The location was great and super close to the beach and boardwalk. I was surprised to find the condo was stocked with everything needed to make you feel right at home. Having a stocked kitchen made traveling with my daughter so much easier. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. I hope to bring my family back again next year!

We had a nice stay. Melyssa’s place was clean and super convenient to walk to the beach/boardwalk and nearby restaurants. The trade-off is there is a bit of nighttime noise from people walking back from the bars/restaurants but nothing crazy. We had a few small glitches on arrival (door code, WIFI code, beds a little different than posted photos) but Melyssa was fast and great with communication to help out. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Had an awesome stay! The place was super clean and right on the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for more! Paul was very responsive when we had any questions, and we loved all the little touches in the apartment that gave it that coastal luxury vibe. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful wknd at David’s beautiful house in the perfect location. Everything was exactly as advertised. David was easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying at this house.

I communicated with Brian and Kevin, the new host, and everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. We spent a bachelorette weekend here off season and loved the place. The location is private yet just a few minutes from the beach boardwalk and bayside. There is a 7/11 and bagel place around the corner. The house itself is charming and is suitable for short- or long-term stay. Thank you very much!

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! Karen was wonderful from start to finish and the house exceeded our expectations. The outdoor space was terrific and the interior spaces more open and larger than we expected! My girls loved the outdoor shower and we all thought the beds were comfortable! She had bikes for us to use which was awesome. Super helpful and accommodating with nice suggestions and very reachable. A great experience from start to finish!

I stayed here with 3 of my friends and I was very happy with my stay. Kishore was very friendly and accommodating constantly giving fast replies whenever I texted him. He was very clear in the instructions and made it very easy to find the place and get inside. Parking was very convenient with there being spots specifically for the renters. The location is amazing with it being a very short walk to the boardwalk. The inside was very clean and spacious for us 4. The beds were very comfortable and having an AC unit in each room was amazing. I would 100% recommend for someone to stay here and can’t wait to book this location again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ron's home! His home is just lovely, and so comfortable. We loved the balconies off of every level and there was so much room for us all to hang out with each other! We so appreciated that the home was so dog friendly. Ron responded right away with any questions that we had and was so friendly as well. Definitely a great place to stay! We will be back for sure!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

House was great, clean and extremely convenient to Island Beach State Park and walkable to restaurants.

Jennifer was very friendly and super responsive, even checking in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was so clean and the decor was modern and cozy. The bay and beach are both visible from the house. The bay was a less than one minute walk and had a really nice fishing pier and fun playground for the kids. The beach was just a few minutes further. The badges provided were good for both the bay and the beach, which was nice. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom had plenty of extra towels. The washer and dryer were also very convenient to have. There were also lots of extra sheets and pillows. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely rebook with Jennifer in the future!
