Monthly Rentals in Seal Rock

Todd’s place in Seal Rock was large, comfortable for our large group including little kids, and had beautiful views of the gorgeous Oregon coastline. We enjoyed the upstairs and downstairs living areas for work and play and the internet was fast and consistent which was needed because remote work was needed on our month long stay. Newport and Waldport were both about 15 minutes drive on the 101, which is also had amazing views of the ocean either way. We did a weekend trip to Portland , which is about 3 hrs away. A car was needed as there is no public transit that’s easy to use from Seal Rock to any airport or large city. Looking forward to coming back again to visit our Eagle friends who live on the tree outside the upstairs windows!

The listing honestly didn’t do this place justice. It was even better in person—peaceful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. The ocean view were absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect backdrop for unwinding. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to disconnect and recharge. A truly fantastic getaway spot—I can’t recommend it enough!

Sweet little cottage with great ocean views. Located on a narrow gravel road with very little traffic, felt private and secure. 101 runs right behind the property but did not notice any highway noise inside the cottage. Had a great time exploring the tide pools and walking the beach. Be sure to check out the cool shops on 101 in SEAL ROCK. Also, a must- Pacific Sourdough, a few blocks off 101 in Waldport for wonderful varieties of sourdough, pastries, and desserts. Thank you, Ruth. Will look forward to returning!

MO’s space was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked with clean, new equipment needed for cooking. It ha plenty of nice utensils and dishes. It was very easy to keep clean. The bathroom seemed very clean to me. The bath towels were clean, soft (and absorbent! ) There is plenty of room to spread out in the space and plenty of storage room. The location is in a quiet spot that has a rural feel, but conveniently near both Newport and Waldport…. just a few minutes drive either way. There is so much to do in that area, It would be easy to stay busy for several weeks! I very much enjoyed meeting MO and his dog. I felt safe as a single female traveler.
