It has a large swimming pool (7 X 4), 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites), and there is another house on the property but separated by a wall (I live in the other house). The rented space offers privacy, a garage with 2 spaces, Wi-Fi, 5 smart TVs, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. There is an integrated living room with a kitchen and a barbecue area. The house is on the third block from the beach (600m from the beach). Use of audio at an AMBIENT volume.

House with great ground floor structure approximately 100 meters from the beach. Well-ventilated location with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Large backyard with grassy front, masonry barbecue and awning. Fiber optic internet The location is very good, not too close and not too far from the kiosks, making it easy to choose whether to go to the beach and stay close to the crowds or not. There are many nearby shops such as markets, butchers, bakeries, utilities, ice cream parlors and wineries.
