Great location close to the beach and attractions, very clean and tidy, would highly recommend.

This property is amazing 2 balcony's front of house during day rear of house to catch late evening sun, Lovely and clean and everything you need at hand also how many times have rented a place and expect you to survive a week one one toilet roll not here over 10 in the 3 toilets . Lovely view if you can't be bothered to do the 2 minute walk the the beach front then sit on balcony and watch the day go by, absolutely loved our week.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

We have a wonderful stay at Clair’s cottage . It was perfect for us .. full of character and charm and so close to the sea. Clair as so helpful and incredibly responsive to messages . We hope to return and stay a little longer next time 💕

This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Beach Lodge. It was the perfect base for myself, my husband, our two young children and our dog to stay for a couple of days whilst enjoying the delights of West Wittering Beach and the surrounding area. The lodge is connected to the main house, where the owners live, but it felt very private as it has its own front door and a back gate which meant we could come and go as we pleased. It is located literally just a few minutes walk to the beach - so very convenient! The lodge also has its own private, enclosed garden which was perfect for the kids and the dog. Communication with Michelle and Jack was faultless. Ahead of our stay, Michelle sent recommendations of local places for dinners/lunches which were so helpful and we ate at a few and all were delicious. Thanks Michelle! Overall, we found Beach Lodge to be peaceful, comfortable and the perfect place for a short weekend away from London. We certainly hope to return again soon!

We had a wonderful few days staying right on the beach. The hut was well equipped. The neighbours were so friendly and the beach was right in front of us. Thoughtful little touches were appreciated - a polaroid camera for retro snaps, ample tea and coffee for emergencies, and an ipad loaded with kids films for tired snuggles after a long day in and out of the sea. Communication was quick and easy. Good value for a unique spot, thank you.

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

A lovely place with an amazing view of the Solent. One afternoon we just spent with the doors open in the sunshine watching the boats come in and out. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to cook the meals, and everything was clean throughout. A really nice break, and would absolutely recommend.

We had a wonderful few days here. The view is addictive! We stayed up way too late tracking vessels coming in and out of Southampton. The chalet is spacious and beds very comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to park the camper van right behind the chalet and to bring two small dogs. Sadly weather was too poor to make use of the pool this time. Perhaps we missed the instructions but we had troubke finding no 77. Advise looking at the site plan as you enter the holiday park. All in all a very good stay.

Beautiful land convenient location that made it easy to access the local tourist spots, including the New Forest, Beaches, harbour towns and Peppa Pig World. The house was lovely, really well presented and included some thoughtful touches, such as chocolates for our kids, Prosecco for us and a lovely personalised welcome message. The park itself is ideal for younger families, with loads to do and access to the beach. Carly was super responsive when our sat nav took us to the wrong entrance and really communicative before, during and after our stay. We'd definitely considering returning next year.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

We had a great family meet up before Xmas. Although the weather was cold the place was great for a walk along the beach and being able to see the sea was great. Must be even better in the summer.

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️

A last minute booking that met all our needs and was exactly as described. Lovely touch having something to drink and some biscuits on arrival before we started to explore. lovely base for our break.

We had a lovely week in this comfortable and peaceful house, very close to Bembridge Beach and the Isle of Wight Coastal path. The house was as described, with a very comfortable bed and lots of kitchen equipment which made self catering very easy. Our dog loved the beaches and countryside walks, and we enjoyed several good meals in local pubs and cafes with sea views. Fantastic place to stay if you want a relaxing, easy holiday by the sea. My family enjoyed this beautiful Seaview home! The property is absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of bedrooms and space in the house. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the nook with a view of the sea! My daughter loved the tree swings and tucked away tree house among the gardens. The beach walkway is perfect to walk along the waterfront and access to close restaurants. The location is close to the local bus stop, which we used as our main transportation around the island. James was always so responsive and very helpful to provide information leading up to our stay. He had a baby cot ready to go for our stay and the house was kid friendly with bins of toys and children's books. Wishing we could make this our summer home, as it is a special place. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

Gina's houseboat was fantastic and in a wonderful location looking over the harbour. The place was exactly as Gina described and was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Close to the beach and in walking distance to some lovely pubs/Restaurants. Gina was very responsive and helped us save some money on the cost of the ferry. We had an amazing stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful location and the houseboat was perfect for our week's break. Near a bus stop to explore the island and in Bembridge some lovely restaurants too....we would recommend Ye Old Village Pub for excellent food. The houseboat was very clean and everything you can think of was there....we would certainly return again.
