A wonderful family vacation spent at Chad and Nicki’s place! Both very friendly and commutated well. Very responsive and would bring something we needed within 15 mins of asking! Comfortable beds, good wifi, beautiful quiet property and just a short bike ride to the water which is great at low tide. Will definitely be back!!

Fantastic place to stay. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. Perfect location for R&R. Would highly recommend. Trash situation is different from the states, but hosts were super helpful.

Michelle was very helpful at accommodating our extra cars and went through the trouble of finding us extra parking spaces. Great stay and walking distance to festival grounds (approx 3.6kms). We had a very pleasant stay

Kathleen is an amazing host! I had lots of questions and she answered all of them. Her Cottage is like something out of a magazine! The hot tub was cleaned daily and was always sparkling. I would highly recommend this peaceful little piece of paradise!

Great location! Devin was very communicative and quick to reply, which made the stay super smooth. The containers had amazing views, charming decor, and everything you’d need for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend!

Lyndsay's cottage was exactly what we were looking for in a month-long holiday rental. It was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. We were able to dial in to do school work, relax, spread out puzzles on the table, and cook all of our meals. The master bed was luxurious... we slept so well. And I brought way too many clothes, as we were able to keep up with laundry, so we wore the same cozy outfits over and over. Thank you, Lyndsay, for your hospitality! You were the best host! Izabella was an extremely friendly and responsive host. She made our stay feel welcoming and offered some good local restaurants to try out. Her directions made it easier to find the cottage which can be easily missed if you're not looking for it on the highway.

Jessica's place is very comfortable and homey. It was perfect for our needs as we had family close by. We would definitely come back to her place when returning to the area!

This was a fantastic place to stay with a group of friends. The property was equipped with everything you need to cook and be comfortable. The beach was a short walk on a path and was stunning even end of September. I would absolutely stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay! We wanted to have a peaceful weekend away with no one around us and that's what we got. The cottage is very cosy and warm even on cold days. It has a large garden where our pup could run and explore. There were a couple of other houses around but they were empty, only raccoons around us. Ross was very responsive and answered all our questions very promptly. We got local tips as well and visited the brewery (worth the visit), North Cape (beware the visitor centre is closed for the season, but it is a beautiful place to visit regardless), and the Confederation trail is only 5 minutes away. We are already planning to come back next year.

Was better than the pictures. Absolutely stunning view and sunsets, right out the back door. Lots of memories were made—thankful!

Lovely clean home in a peaceful surrounding. Many thoughtful details and Katlyn is approachable and responsive!! Thunder Cove beach is gorgeous and private. The walk from the home to the beach is truly 4-minutes. i highly recommend and would happily stay here in the future.

This one is a stunner. Everything was perfect for our stay and we felt right at home. To be honest I never wanted to leave. The shanty is well set up for family or friends to spend quality time together. Everything you need is there. The beach is gorgeous and has stunning sunsets. Birds chirping to wake you up in the morning. You’re also perfectly positioned to venture around the island’s hot spots. Close to Twin Shores for ice cream treats in the afternoon and lots of options for eating out and fresh seafood close by. The bakery in Kensington was top notch. We loved every moment and would return in a heartbeat. There’s nothing better than returning from a vacation and actually feeling refreshed and happy. Thank you!

The place was fantastic, a perfect venue for 4 friends to go on a short golf trip. Super well appointed place, a lot of nice touches such as labels on light switches (most places don't do that and you need to switch em all to see what they do!). Also, the beds were very comfortable, the night sky was amazing, it was very quiet and peaceful as well. We will certainly book again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. Our hosts thought through many details that make a home comfortable. We visited a local farmers market and spent several evenings cooking in the kitchen which was well equipped with the supplies we needed. The knives were fantastic! We went to a sunflower farm and did a u-pick and there were even vases in the cabinet to put our flowers in. They provided a cooler and chairs for the beach as well which was fantastic. The bathroom and laundry room were clean and well supplied. The living room had a fantastic view of the bay and surroundings. One day at lunch we saw a bald eagle fly by! The stargazing in the yard at night was also phenomenal. The bedrooms were thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. Our hosts were quick and responsive when we had questions and provided easy to follow instructions. Loved our time here, 10/10 would recommend.

First visit to the Island and we absolutely loved it! Alison and her whole family were incredible and we felt like we were right at home :) The location was excellent and a great walk to Thunder Cove Beach. We will be back and will recommend this place to all of our friends!

Julie's place is lovely. Modern and cozy. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views. Julie is a great host and always responded very quickly. Would highly recommend.

We came here for our anniversary trip, see the Anne of Green Gables stuff, and relax. The island is a wonderful and magical place and the Sandcastles Beach House only enhanced these beliefs. The location can't be beat, close enough to the tourist stuff but had the private feel, and being so close to the beach. We slept each night with the door open to the sounds of the waves and geese, loved it! We would sit each morning out on one of the decks drinking coffee, soaking in the sights and sounds. The hosts were amazing in every regard...receptive, knowledgeable of the area, great conversation; like we had know each other for years. When our children were young, they watched "Thomas the Tank Engine". Thomas lived on the fictional Island of Sodor. I am convinced that Prince Edward Island is the embodiment of this island and Sandcastles is a part of it? We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly, highly recommend it to anyone!!!
