Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

The star attraction in town is no doubt the white-sand beaches. Beach tags are required and can be obtained at the Welcome Center’s beach tag office on John F. Kennedy Boulevard daily from April to Labor Day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and are required on the beach from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They can also be purchased via the Viply app or at the beach tag vending machine in the City Hall lobby 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but note the machine only accepts cash. Tags can be purchased for the day, week, or season. And if you’re there on a Wednesday, you’re in luck — it’s a free beach day.
