Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

We stayed 5 days (4 nights) in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. A very great, freshly renovated and modernly equipped apartment with a fantastic, huge sun terrace. The apartment is 100% recommended. We will definitely come back. Communication with the hosts was always quick and very friendly. The hosts also went to great lengths to list a super versatile recommendation of activities, restaurants and important addresses in the region. Everything was really ready, be it kitchen equipment or a small paddling pool for children. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and lovingly furnished. The perfect place to stay in Bad Ems!

I was in the apartment for 6 weeks due to health reasons and it was just perfect for me. Dishwasher and washer-dryer, great indoor climate, great kitchen, enough space for sports, ... Walking, you can reach the thermal baths in 5 minutes, and the Rewe below in 1 minute. DM, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann are also 15 minutes' walk or 3 minutes' drive away. Rainer is super sweet and is very happy to help you with all your concerns very quickly. Overall, I had a great time in Bad Ems and would very much like to come back to this apartment at the next opportunity.
