Our modern 2-room non-smoking apartment (54m²) is located on the ground floor of an 8-family house in Hattersheim, centrally located between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz on the S1 railway line, which is only 500 meters away. The airport (FRA) can be reached in 15 minutes. The fully tiled apartment with underfloor heating includes a large terrace and an underground car park. You can find additional parking spaces in the surrounding area. WLAN is available free of charge for the Internet access.

The view overlooks private neighborhood gardens and the Nidda river where you can walk,jog and bike. Grocery stores, banks, pharmacies,eateries and a local park are in walking distance. Train lines are only 5 mins from the front door and bring you to the center of downtown Frankfurt in 12 mins.

Apartment on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen - overall 50m2. Including WiFi, Netflix TV and use of a washing machine and a dryer possible. With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili.
