Apartment vacation rentals in Schwalbach am Taunus

A nice little apartment, well-equipped and very clean. Beware of very steep indoor stairs (problems for the elderly or people with reduced mobility). The neighboring restaurant has a terrace and veranda under the windows of the apartment (we were in apartment number 20), but fortunately, the people of Hesse go to bed early and the noise (very loud) was over around 10 p.m. Overall, the apartment is therefore highly recommended for those who have to do in Frankfurt or want to visit the Rhine Valley or the Taunus.

We arrived early after 16 hours of travel and were allowed an early check in. The kindness was appreciated. The place was clean and simply furnished. Host was helpful with our needs. We enjoyed coffee, fresh meats, fresh baked goods at stores within walking distance. We felt very safe in the area. Catholic Church is right around the corner and it is beautiful to hear bells going off during the day. There are amazing day trips to Idstein, Heidelberg, Mainz and Rudesheim.

We used the apartment as a starting point for a variety of activities. You can quickly reach Frankfurt, Bad Homburg or the Taunus. Perfectly located for us and our projects. Parking was also not a problem. The apartment is great, you have enough space and everything you need.

I felt very comfortable with Sigrid! I particularly like her warm manner without being intrusive. The studio is cozy and functional and I regretted spending so little time there. More stays are planned! I'd love to come back! 😊

We had a great, relaxing getaway at Oksana's place. It is wonderfully quiet in the middle of a natural paradise. Eppstein itself is also beautiful and invites you to stay longer. Communication with Oksana was always very nice and easy and, if necessary, utensils were provided. Thanks again for this!

The place was as mentioned in the listing. Very near to old town and has almost all amenities within a kilometer. Ozlem was easy to communicate with and overall I had a smooth experience.

We felt super comfortable. Arrived with 2 small children and always felt welcome during the stay. Upon arrival, the studio was completely prepared. There was even fruit and there was nothing missing. I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

We felt comfortable all around, a beautiful accommodation with plenty of space. There was everything you needed. We cooked together and then enjoyed the evening on the large balcony. The hosts are super likeable! Communication was excellent and smooth. The apartment is upscale, modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You have everything you need, you feel right at home. Just arrive, stow your things in the cabinets or in your desired places, put some food in the fridge and feel right at home. The highlight for connoisseurs is the bathroom with a spacious hot tub and the sauna located in the bathroom. When you get up in the morning you can hear the birds chirping and you are very close to the outskirts, where you can walk a few minutes to the Ferlder. Beautiful rapeseed fields with the Frankfurt skyline in the distance. The good infrastructure allows you to spread out in the Taunus in a few minutes, for example, to immerse yourself in various forests, hiking trails, etc. I'd love to come back, you can switch off nicely and it feels like a vacation.

We had a wonderful short vacation in Anja's apartment! Anja and her family are wonderful and accommodating hosts, who make you feel right at home. The apartment is luxurious and offers everything you could wish for. It is perfectly equipped and furnished - from the bath salts for the fantastic bathtub to the spices in the kitchen, everything is available. The property including pool, garden, sauna and hot tub makes you forget that you are still in Germany - you feel like you are in Tuscany :-) Everything is very well maintained and lovingly decorated. We really enjoyed our short break - thank you very much to Anja and her family for everything!
