Jay is a great host, very hospitable, considerate and talented. Every room is clean and cozy. The location of the house is very good, you can walk to U2 subway exit in a few minutes, 4 subway stations directly to the exhibition hall, and it is also very convenient to go to the city center. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's convenient to shop and eat. By the way, Jay's eggs in the morning are super delicious! Happy travels, yeah!

We were allowed to spend a night here. Kerstin is very friendly and takes great care of her guests. There was also a lovingly prepared breakfast the next day. Dear Kerstin, thanks for everything! ☺️

Dorothea was a very warm and accommodating host, with whom we felt really comfortable. At check-in, there was a homemade elderberry spritzer, very tasty. The breakfast was also a sensation and would actually deserve 6 stars! Thank you for your hospitality, Dorothea. This can really be recommended!

Marion's place is very beautiful and clean. My stay there went well and I definitely recommend the room. She and her daughter are very nice people. Now I am looking forward to having a coffee together someday.

I felt very comfortable at Ingo and Gaby's. At first, I had concerns because it was not a completely private accommodation, but that was unfounded. Both are very courteous, very nice and give interesting tips for the area. The location at the train station a few steps away allows quick excursions to Munich or the surrounding area. Shopping and various restaurants are within easy reach. The space is modern and clean. So in short: thank you for the nice week!

If you want the best of both worlds in Munich, proximity to nature and a fast connection to the center then this is the place! The house is located really close to the S3 Sbanh Station which takes you right in the heart of Munich in no time. In the mornings or evenings if you take a walk around you can spot deer and pheasants nearby😍. Susanne and Manfred are amazing hosts and made me feel like home. They have a stylish home and a beautiful garden. Also they can provide great tips about hiking spots and places to visit. Whenever I travel to Munich this is the place where I stay.

I had a great stay at Franziska’s place! The location is excellent . and the property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Franziska was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Christoph’s was fantastic. He is a wonderful host—quiet, respectful, and always willing to help. His apartment is extremely tidy, well-organized, and so peaceful that you hardly know he’s there. The location is also ideal, just a short walk to the underground and only a few stops from the old city. The room itself is clean and comfortable, and Christoph provides a generous selection of fresh breakfast items each day. He’s also happy to offer helpful travel tips when needed. We highly recommend staying here!

We really appreciated Ines hosting us in her lovely home. It is very spacious for two people and the location is excellent—a brief walk to multiple means of public transit, a great grocery store at the end of the street, and very quiet all day and night. If you enjoy a firm bed, you will likely be comfortable on the very large couch. Communication with Ines was excellent and she quickly and kindly answered any questions we had.

The apartment is really nice, spacious and tastefully furnished. Benjamin makes it easy to feel comfortable there. Communication was easy and fast, check-in and check-out completely uncomplicated. I loved that the fridge was equipped with a basic set of edibles. The U2 is in the immediate vicinity, so you have every opportunity to get into the city quickly. Next time Munich will be happy to come back here.

The accommodation is peaceful and very well located, 8 minutes from the center by metro and 40 minutes by foot passing through very beautiful streets. Hidemi is a charming host, very welcoming and who was kind enough to prepare breakfast for me. I warmly repeat this airbnb again.

We have never had such an experience in our dozens of stays in Lo Action. Franz exceeded all expectations: he is a generous and funny man, very kind. He did everything to make our stay at his place as pleasant as possible. Breakfasts and if NT hearty, very nourishing, complete. We were welcomed to his home as if we were great friends, we talked, drank good wine with him. The room is very comfortable, we slept like kings. Franz is the best host and we are very happy to have met him.

Stephanie is lovely and very caring. The location is ideal close to Munich and 1.5 hours from the castles. The apartment is very calm and well designed for family

One of the best hosts I've ever had

The room was lovely and had everything we needed, along with a lovely breakfast and coffee that was provided to us in the kitchen. The area itself is perfect, not too loud upstairs and an easy walk to many of the interesting things we wanted to do. Plenty of places to eat around. Friendly hosts and we loved their dog Lola :)

Hannelore is really nice and friendly (his Karl a little bit less) but you can have very good time in this place The WIFI is perfect and Hannelore prepare some excellent breakfast ;)

Superb Host . exceptional hospitality

We had an amazing experience in Munich! Alex and Karoline were exceptionally nice and attentive hosts, greeting us with a chilled beer upon our arrival and ensuring that everything was flawless during our stay. Breakfast was thoughtfully laid out every morning, and made it easy to start the day and go explore Munich. On mornings when they were not at home, we would discover a lovely note wishing us a wonderful day. I have never felt so welcomed in an Airbnb. If (or rather, when) I come back to Munich, this will definitely be my preferred accommodation!

Rosa picked me up wonderfully from the express bus, as I arrived without a car (and was even driven back to the bus on departure; but that would also be possible in 15-20 min walk). Super nice reception from the two hosts! Rooms with bathroom are as beautiful and stylish as in the photos, and sparkling clean. I was even able to use a mini fridge and I could have used a kettle. The breakfast was very lovingly arranged, my special vegetarian requests were gladly met and my early time for breakfast was also not an issue. Very nice conversations with the hosts, I would like to come back at any time and can only recommend everything without reservation and thank you again for the lovely stay!!
