Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

Everything was as described. Great. Only the wifi is not very good, but probably due to the technical circumstances of the place. I'd love to come back.

Karin's place is spacious, clean and easy to find. The parking is amazingly easy, especially compared to places in Mainz. I was visiting Mainz and the areas nearby and find it much easier to park and drive then to struggle finding all that in the city. Her place is very clean and much more spacious than places in the city. There is a grocery store, several good restaurants and other amenities within a short walk from her place. Her and her family live upstairs from the apartment and are easily accessible. I highly recommend her place and her as a wonderful hostess. She had super fast response times as I had to book at the last minute and especially valued her quick responses.
