Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Tradition meets modernity The Kutscherhaus, part of a historic farmstead, located in the charming wine village of Hattenheim am Rhein. The modern wooden house, clad with natural slate, stands on a historic vaulted cellar. The open living-dining area is equipped with a "kitchen workbench," dining table and 2-seater sofa. Bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower in the romantic courtyard. The sleeping area on the upper floor can be reached via a steep staircase (see picture).

The almost 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it already flows the small Welzbach, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. The apartment has cable TV, kitchenette incl. a fridge and, of course, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A crib and highchair can be provided. If you have any questions, just let me know.

The 100 m² flat is accessible via a sandstone staircase. The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping area. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a floor-level shower and integrated glass shelving. The fully equipped kitchen (incl. espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer) has a breakfast area in a recess in the wall. The bedroom is accessible via a few steps and can be used as a twin or double bed.
