The almost 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it already flows the small Welzbach, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. The apartment has cable TV, kitchenette incl. a fridge and, of course, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A crib and highchair can be provided. If you have any questions, just let me know.

Fantastic getaway

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

The 100 m² flat is accessible via a sandstone staircase. The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping area. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a floor-level shower and integrated glass shelving. The fully equipped kitchen (incl. espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer) has a breakfast area in a recess in the wall. The bedroom is accessible via a few steps and can be used as a twin or double bed.

The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
