This old barn has become an architectural experience through modern development. Over 250 sqm, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village outskirts with views of the fields, Rundlingsdorf Trabuhn in the beautiful Wendland. In the village there is an equestrian stable with flexible riding facilities for guests, even for children. Swimming facilities in Arendsee and Gartow.

Beautiful log cabin 400m away (approx. 7 minutes on foot) from Lake Bernstein. Very quiet location surrounded with trees and beautiful small holiday homes. The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and is exclusively available. A Gasgrill and fireplaces both inside and outside with wood is included. Whirlpool (50€ / stay; April-October) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Hallo und herzlich willkommen im Haus Klaus, unserem kleinen feinen Holzhaus in Gartow im Wendland. Urlaub ist mit die schönste Zeit des Jahres und wir freuen uns sehr, dass ihr vorhabt ihn bei uns zu verbringen. Das Tinyhouse Klaus steht gemeinsam mit seinen vier Geschwisterhäusern auf einem liebevoll gestalteten Gartengrundstück welches von allen Gästen benutzt werden darf. Dieses Haus verfügt über ein Schlafsofa das bei Bedarf von einer dritten Person/Kind genutzt werden kann.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 hectare. Ground floor, on 62 sqm this place is perfect for couples. On cool days, the fireplace provides coziness, on warm days the terrace invites you to sunbathe. Surrounded by the unique cottage in the historic rundling of listed buildings and a lot of nature.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and hardly noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a relaxing place. Lüneburg is about half an hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.
