The "Weitblick" vacation apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz impresses with its modern Scandinavian style and a large panoramic glass front with breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. A high-quality living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining dining area guarantee maximum comfort. The large covered balcony and a sea view sauna invite you to relax. Two cozy bedrooms ensure a good night's sleep. An elevator and parking are available for you.

Apartment right on the Schlei

The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is unique! Directly above the fishing port and still central (5 minutes' walk to the city center). Your private bathroom is directly across from the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Vacation home with thatched roof - Alte Tante

Real thatched cottage: cozy holiday home with large garden in Dörphof - Schuby, only a few kilometers to the Baltic Sea beach - in the Schwansener Land. Our "Alte Tante" built around 1860 has been welcoming guests from all directions for over 20 years. The traditionally thatched roof creates a typical Nordic flair. In the course of several modernizations until 2017, traditional charm now blends with comfortable modernity to create an incomparable coziness.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

The cozy, lovingly furnished 2-room apartment with terrace and garden is 36 sqm. 1 living room with open kitchen-dining area, 1 bedroom, shower/toilet. Walking distance 10 min from the beach. Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on almost 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholm harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. Directly located at the sailing port in Maasholm, it is just a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.
