The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Tiny house. With a lot of love for detail & forest location

The cottage is built from local materials from an ecological point of view. There is running (spring) water in the house, there is also a beautiful shower (warm). In the kitchen you will find everything you need to indulge in culinary delights. Basics such as spices and oils are on site (organic). You sleep on a 140 cm wide natural rubber mattress. The grounds around the house invite you to marvel, linger and make campfires. There is hardly any cell phone reception and no Internet👌🏾

Cozy one-room apartment

The apartment is very quiet close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to the center or train station and 5 minutes to get to the university. About 100 m from the apartment you will find the bus stop where buses run in different directions every 16 minutes on weekdays. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with stair lift), It is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for families as well as for older people. Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.

The 4-star certification from the German Tourism Association refers to up to 4 people; additional children and other guests are possible by arrangement.

Cozy cottage

Small but nice. The 150-year-old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. On 95 sqm you will find everything you need for the family. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fully automatic coffee machine, ... The attic is accessible via a steep staircase, which can be seen in the pictures. In the courtyard there is a seating area or you can use the public space at the oven house on the opposite side.

Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Haus Welpe

Guests have two bungalows right on the edge of the forest. The high location opens up a beautiful view over meadows and forests. The two individually bookable bungalows frame a courtyard that merges into an area with large trees, which is enclosed by a green earth wall. The area is fenced, which is ideal for dogs. Except for natural sounds, it is almost always absolutely quiet.

Vacation home "JungPfalzTraum" in the Palatinate Forest

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
