Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

A lockable bicycle box with charging station is available for 2 bicycles. Starting from the cottage, you can explore the beautiful hiking trails of the Eifel National Park. A bird of prey station, the enchanted forest chapel, the idyllic temple of sin, the Oleftalsperre and much more await you in Hellenthal itself.

Welcome to our beautiful Blankenheim, which is 900 years old. Enjoy the natural beauty in a modern and cozy getaway around this historic place. The apartment is only about 300 meters from the famous hiking trail 'Eifelsteig.' Shopping such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe are only about 2.5 km away. Furthermore, the accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the forest with meadows right behind the house. The historic town center is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

Feeling good in the Eifel

This cozy, quiet apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for recreation for 2 -3 people. In the living room and hallway laminate flooring is laid, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment should remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing house and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment, is not allowed. Note: The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached via a staircase.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

In the evening, good restaurants within walking distance offer a great end to the day.

Children's bed and highchair may be available upon request. The terrace at the rear is part of the apartment. Covered sitting area as well as a ping pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children are also welcome to play in the garden.
