Come and discover our farm cottage at the gateway to the Perche region, located between La Ferté-Bernard (15 km) and Le Mans (30 km). Located in the Perche Sarthois, 2 hours from Paris and a 10-minute drive from a train station, this renovated former farmhouse has 3 double bedrooms, a dormitory with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms, and 2 additional double sleeping options (sofa beds in the games room/sauna area). On site you will find sauna, billiards, foosball, bikes, ping pong, boat... The large 15,000 m2 garden is surrounded by fields and lined with poplars. A small pond is protected and surrounded by weeping willows with a pontoon.

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

You are independent and have a garden and terrace.
