Logement indépendant et spacieux avec vue dégagée à la location depuis le 1er avril 2024. Amoureux de la nature et désireux de calme, nous avons acheté cette ancienne ferme située dans un écrin de verdure : pâture, étang, cours d’eau... Nous avons entièrement rénové la maison principale et aménagé la grange. Les aménagements extérieurs ne sont pas terminés (façade et cour), mais le lieu est déjà très agréable. Situé à Bouvancourt, un joli petit village proche de Reims (20 km).
