Estuvimos muy a gusto aqui. La habitacion es bonita, la cama comoda y grande, la cocina compartida esta bien equipada, y la piscina es bastante grande y bonita. Nos encantaron los arboles gigantes que nos regalaron sombra mientras estabamos en la piscina o relajando en el jardin. Por la noche no habia mucho ruido. Los anfitriones nos parecieron muy agradables.

What a fantastic location, with a great host. First, if you want to stay in a little slice of paradise, this is the place to go. A well equipped home in a gated community - which really is a community with everyone so friendly and helpful. The property itself is great, a real home away from home. It came everything we needed for a month in paradise. The property itself more than lived up to expectations - when we originally looked at the listing we were skeptical that the monkeys and other wildlife would be seen but the wildlife was abundant, the property extremely well maintained, and the common areas all very well kept. The location is amazing as well, especially if you don't want to be in a tourist town like Quepos or Jaco. Secluded, with a short walk to an amazing beach, a short walk to an amazing local restaurant, and a drive or bike ride into the town of Parritta where all you shopping needs can be met. Mauricio was a great host, very helpful and responsive. We have already recommended the location to our friends and family, and would definitely stay there again!

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en lo de Jessica y Luis. No sólo por lo lindo y tranquilo de la propiedad, sino también por la buena onda y disposición de Jessica y su familia. La propiedad es lindisima y está ubicada en un barrio muy lindo y tranquilo. Los pájaros, monos y el mar son parte de la vista y de los sonidos constantes. El bungalow es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo justo y necesario. Y lo que no tengas, Jessica y Luis siempre atentos a ayudar en lo que necesiten!!

My partner and I had an amazing experience here. The accommodations are simple but plenty comfortable, and the property is incredible. The managers Tarky and Nicole showed us around the property (so much space, epic mountain views, so much food growing!), took us on a tour of the biological reserve next door (amazing organization, epic waterfalls and real jungle trails without tourists), and made us really good "comida tipica" for just a few bucks per meal. It was nice to have access to the kitchen, too. If you're looking for a quiet place to go deep with the land, experience the jungle/mountains and have a taste of the Costa Rican countryside, this is it. We also went home with a bag of coffee from the coffee plants outside our room and it's the best I've had in a long, long time!

Fredy and his wife were excellent hosts. Vey beautiful place with outstanding landscaping. The cabin itself was very nice. They have two big dogs and three cats, but animals are very common in Costa Rica. Good location for day trips, and places to stop/eat. Quiet, peaceful, enjoyable area! When we reported a sink faucet developed a problem ,Fredy replaced it while we were out. Would stay here, again!

The view from this Airbnb is absolutely breathtaking. We spent hours with our binoculars, watching toucans and macaws glide over the treetops with the ocean as a stunning backdrop. The price for that view is unbeatable. During our stay, construction started nearby, and it seems likely to continue through the year. The crew worked most of the day, so if you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend bringing headphones or another way to block out the sound. It would be wonderful if the city of Quepos considered limiting construction hours to balance development with the area’s natural beauty.

Beautiful space and surroundings, awesome pool, super friendly and responsive hosts, darling children, and big adorable (sometimes loud) dog. Short bike ride to beaches, restaurants, and yoga classes. All round a great place. We loved our stay.

Wunderbare Unterkunft inmitten des Dschungels. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Braucht zwingend einen 4x4. Pool wird geteilt mit einem weiteren Haus. Vom Pool aus atemberaubende Aussicht. Würden wieder kommen.

We had a great stay at Katherine’s guest house. We were using it as a home base while we looked at houses in Ojochal and the surrounding area. The location was super convenient with great restaurants in walking distance. Katherine was there to meet us and let us in when we arrived to town late in the evening, and she was a great sounding board for us as we went about our home search with her experience and knowledge of the area. The price was very fair. The house itself was incredibly comfortable with cold AC in the bedroom, a full kitchen, and the amazing/private outdoor shower!

We loved to stay at Casa Morpho. The views are spectacular and it is very peaceful. Everything you need is available to you. The open air kitchen is a great place to hang out. Thank you Sonja for being so accommodating. We will be back soon.

Mi familia y yo pasamos el año nuevo en el airbnb de doña Machelly y todo estuvo perfecto! La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, inclusive me atrevería a decir que es mejor aún. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios que uno pueda necesitar, el espacio que tiene la casa es gigante el cual nuestros perros disfrutaron demasiado y además la piscina es perfecta. Tiene una ubicación perfecta ya que está cerca de la playa pero también tiene justamente una tienda de conveniencia justo a la par para todo lo que necesites comprar. Doña Machelly nos ayudó en absolutamente todo lo que necesitamos y contestaba rápido. En conclusión, toda mi familia quedó satisfecha de la estadía y esperamos volver pronto, si tienes oportunidad de reservar este airbnb definitivamente hazlo!

Len and Vani’s place was such a dream to stay at, absolute paradise. The house looked exactly as pictured and was very clean. It was great to be able to relax in the hot tub and pool and we loved waking up to the sounds of the jungle each day. They also have the two sweetest dogs, and their pup Reina always lovingly greeted us whenever we would return from our daily adventures. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation! Thanks so much Len & Vani!

Anita und Pirmin sind tolle Gastgeber! Die Lodge ist dieses Jahr neu gebaut worden und auf den neuesten Stand. Die beiden sind jederzeit erreichbar, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Selbst als wir eine sehr fiese Magen Darm Grippe hatten, kamen die beiden mitten in der Nacht auf Zuruf, haben uns Tee gekocht und fehlende Medikamente gebracht. Die Bungalows sind hochwertig gebaut und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat so gut wie alles was man braucht, auch Kaffee, Salz und Pfeffer und Öl und Essig gibt es. Die Handtücher sind dick und flauschig und die Bettwäsche sehr angenehm. Auch in dem großen 2 m breiten Bett schläft man sehr gut. Die Terrasse ist super, man hat einen Blick in den Wald und wir haben viele Tukane und andere Vögel gesehen, an einem Morgen wurden wir von einer Gruppe Brüllaffen geweckt, die direkt in den Bäumen vor unserer Terrasse saßen. Wundervoll!! Der Pool ist super. Alles in allem waren wir hochzufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!! Danke für die tolle Zeit!!

Hermoso lugar, tal y como está descrito . Una zona tranquila y segura apenas para descansar.Esta cerca de la playa. Minor fue quien nos atendió en el lugar , él es una persona súper atento , educado y respetuoso. Excelente!

Excelente lugar, tal cual como las fotos con una excelente vista del Valle de Orosi. Ury es un excelente anfitrión, con recomendaciones para poder llegar al lugar por una ruta más sencilla.

El lugar está muy completo y limpio, la piscina estaba bastante limpia, quizá la cocina está un poco sucia puede mejorar. Topamos con mala suerte que había una tormenta increíble y falló la luz eléctrica, tuvimos que encerrarnos pero Reggie estuvo siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien e incluso fue a buscarnos. Siempre estuvo atento, está cerca de restaurantes y de playa esterillos. Recomendamos bastante este lugar.

El lugar es precioso, mucha Paz qué era lo que estábamos buscando, la comodidad de la casa y la piscina espectacular, un lugar hecho para descasar y pasarla bien, totalmente recomendado. La atención buena. De seguro volveremos por allá.

A lovely family and a wonderful set up. JP and Emma were friendly, accomodating, and took us to local attractions when it aligned with their plans which was a nice authentic Air BnB experience. JP sorted a local mechanic for my car when my cars starter died. A real help! They inspired us with their trampoline wall, along with zip wire and general awesome play orientated set up. Its a great place for a family stay (we had our 16 month old and she loved it) also they have 2 lovely young children under 4. There is a lovely community feel here if you stay a while. Even the travellers without children were great to have around. These guys are circus pros, and you will see some cool stuff if you stay a while. We will be back!

This place is very special; magical. The host cares a whole lot too, which really makes a difference. The setting by the river is unreal, the bed is comfortable, place is clean. The area is cute and has little attractions and beautiful cloudbridge rain forest.

rita was super nice and welcoming. the place has a nice little pool that the kids enjoyed very much. and sitting on the couch looking at all the greenery was great. the house has extra small things that helped, like usb splitters to charge all our phones (our appliances aren't with the local plug, so that helped a lot). the television is only in one room though. and can't be seen from the living space. if you decide on ojochal, i definitely recommend Rita's place. aside from that, about the location. it is quiet and pretty, but ojochal was a bit problematic for us. some water, and electricity cut offs (didn't have water for half a day), and the main bridge to ojochal sometimes gets swept away by the rain, only to be rebuilt in a few hours. there is another longer way around though in case that happens
