Vacation rentals with breakfast in Savanne District

Shemen and her husband Lindsay have welcomed me into their beautiful home wholeheartedly and went out of their way to make my stay at their place special. They are really warm and kind people. We shared great conversations, I learnt about the country from them and they even generously offered me dinner. Merci beaucoup!

Très bon séjour avec ma femme. Très bon accueil de Keivan, très prévenant, agréable et de bon conseil. Il est juste recommandé de disposer d’une voiture car ce n’est pas complètement central. Le logement était fidèle à la description, propre et vraiment très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement.

A rare find indeed. I had a beautiful stay. Felt right at home with Vandana and her mom. Very clean, close to the airport, easy to find, close to the local market and very clean. My room was beautiful. It was like I found a family far from home. Found a sister like friend in Vandana and her mom is such a beautiful soul, so kind and generous. She is the Boss lady. Vandana helped with the airport pickup and drop and in soooo many other ways that I can't even write all here. Offered me the local food at home, gave so many suggestions and was there whenever I needed. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience. A house with beautiful positive energy and lots of fun stories.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Vandana and her family were extremely kind and accommodating, communicated perfectly and were very flexible with the check in and airport transport. The house is also very nice in a quiet neighbourhood with cozy rooms. If I come back to Mauritius in the future, I'll definitely stay here again.

Richie est très disponible et attentionné! Sa maman est adorable et nous a fait un petit plat pour le soir, une belle surprise. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et la tv a netflix ^^

Vandana war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend! ich habe spontan gebucht und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt! Der Eingangsbereich ist voller schöner Pflanzen, ich fühlte mich sofort wohl! Sie ging auf alle Fragen ein und es lief alles sehr gut! Ich könnte kochen, duschen und einen Spaziergang machen. Herzlichen Dank für die spontane Übernachtung

This family was so amazing! First the place was spotless and I really mean spotless. Had everything you need. I even borrowed an umbrella which was so nice. It was cosy and nice, had AC which is really rare for Mauritius. But what really stood out for me was Vandana and her family. I feel like they accepted me as one of them, we shared many interesting conversations, they invited me to eat lunch with them, provided all information I needed. Vandana is super responsive and ready to help. And her mom is such a strong woman and that is kind of energy that you should be surrounded with. I really recommend staying with them. And bonus is beautiful Blue Bay is so close.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé ; une chambre chez l'habitant n'est pas toujours facile mais nous recherchions des contacts humains; nous les avons trouvé chez Chenaz qui nous a conduit dans des coins de l'ile que nous aurions eu du mal à trouver. Très disponible pour faire ensemble des achats au marché, dans les Mall, même la nuit, et toutes les attractions de Curepipe et alentours. 3 jours au petit soin! Son caractère souriant, gentil et aimable ont fait passer sa rigidité de vie et avons regretté -un peu quand même- l'interdiction d'alcool suite à ses croyances personnelles surtout quand elle nous a préparé un excellent cari. le tout avec des couts absolument abordables!

Sabrina ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei ihr genossen! Wir durften früher einchecken und länger bleiben. Beim Einchecken haben wir direkt viele Empfehlungen für verschiedene Aktivitäten bekommen. La Gaulette ist ein schöner kleiner Ort, ein Supermarkt und einige Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Le Morne Strand ist nur 7 Autominuten entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab frischen Obst, und Spiegelei wurde frisch zubereitet. Meinem Freund hat nur Käse oder Gemüse gefehlt, da er herzhaftes Frühstück bevorzugt :) Danke, Sabrina (und das Team), für diesen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Séjour absolument parfait ! La maison est très belle, parfaitement située et Pascal et Fabrice sont des hôtes réactifs, dévoués et adorables. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !!

Freundlicher, dabei professioneller Empfang, alles Wichtige wurde in der ersten Viertelstunde ausreichend erklärt. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt und ich werde mich an unsere Gespräche (ja, Jean Pierre, im Speziellen meine ich Dich!😉) noch etwas länger erinnern! Hat wirklich Spaß gemacht und wir werden Euch guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Sylviane est très chaleureuse et réactive, à l’écoute et au petit soin des voyageurs .. un exemple d’hospitalité ! Agréable personne !

Sabrina & Jean-Pierre are warm-hearted, communicative, lovely hosts with a lot of passion for their 8 bed guesthouse (very clean!) with amazing views and sundowners over the ocean. They share sightseeing tips, recommendations and can arrange tours. We were even invited to a birthday party, which was a lot of fun to get in contact with local people. The breakfast was local food, containing of regional fruits. In the evening dinner was available if enough people (4+) interested. The quality was amazing with homemade food and special rum as a finish. You can get in touch with other guests, which was great. The house is situated in La Gaulette, a surfer/kite surfing hotspot. In a 5-10 Minutes driving distance is Le Morne, one of the sightseeing/„postcard like“ highlights, which we highly recommend. Great restaurants are in walking distance. Will come back when in Mauritius!

Sylviane est une hote d'une grande gentillesse, flexible à l'écoute et tres arrangeante. Nous avons passé une nuit dans son logement avant de prendre l'avion. Sylviane s'est adaptée à nos contraintes horaires. Elle est pleine de bons conseils concernant les lieux ainsi que les restaurants qui se trouvent à proximité. Nous avons pris plaisir à echanger avec elle. Le logement se situe près du front de mer (qui offre un très beau levé de soleil), le marché est également à côté. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine communes bien équipé et le petit déjeuné est inclu dans la location. Une tres bonne adresse sur Mahebourg.

The area is great for anyone interested in activities. sea activities are less than 10 minutes away and nature and hiking are 20-40 minutes by car. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable and the view is very nice from the 2nd floor rooms. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly. The iron can be borrowed from the cleaning staff upon request. highly recommended in general.

This guesthouse is really a happy place! The hosts are very lovely people who have a lot of local recommendations and contacts. They always made us feel home on our trip. The view of our apartment was amazing, every day ended with a beautiful sunset. On the day we arrived and a lot of days after they offered us dinner from our personal chef 👨‍🍳! Everything was fresh and tasty! Thank you very much! :)

J'ai séjourné une nuit seulement au sein de cette sympathique résidence. Elle est à l'écart mais pour ceux qui recherche le calme et un milieu naturel c'est idéal. Proche de l'aéroport et non loin en voiture de certaines plages et points de vue. Bon accueil de la part d'Isabelle.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Hôte très réactive et professionnelle, logement proche de l'aéroport, jolie petite piscine et petit-déjeuner compris tres correct. Seul petit bémol, le sol se la chambre pour être plus propre, le reste était nickel.

Seafever in Mahébourg is really a great place! It’s right in front of the sea and our room had a beautiful terrace facing the sea and île aux aigrettes. We were not so lucky with the weather but Connie and Peary with their extraordinary kindness made our time pleasant as well. We thank them so much for the infos given, for the delicious jams (banana, pineapple, papaya) or for the home-made yogurt at breakfast. And we thank Saileh for the wonderful time spent together while visiting the island.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants, c'est bien placé. Rien à redire. J'étais en voyage solo, je recommande pour les autres jeunes femmes comme moi allez y les yeux fermés ✌🏼

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Herzlicher Empfang, schöner Pool, sauberes Zimmer mit großem Bad und Außendusche. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und großzügig.
