House in a very quiet small village that can accommodate 4 people (non-smoking) 200 m from the river Kitchen (renovated), 1 bathroom (renovated), living room, dining room, mezzanine, 2 bedrooms upstairs, terrace, garden, toilet downstairs and upstairs. WiFi Breakfast, linens and towels provided Amateur but passionate cook, I can prepare a dinner for you. Studio

Charmant studio de 42 m2 entièrement refait à neuf, pour 2 personnes, situé en plein centre ville d’Issoudun. Le logement est proche de l’église Saint-Cyr ainsi que de la Tour Blanche. Vous trouverez une cour extérieure de 8m2 vous permettant de profiter des journées ensoleillées notamment le jacuzzi à votre disposition ainsi qu’une plancha et barbecue. Plusieurs commerces se situent à proximité. Veuillez noter que le jacuzzi n’est pas utilisable de novembre à mars.

Independent Studio

Fully independent studio-type accommodation. Quiet, large garden, close to city center. Private parking. Approximately 20 m2. Wi-Fi. Motorcycle garage available. It is also possible to take advantage of the 8X4 m swimming pool to be negotiated separately from the contract.
