This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

The apartment is 10 minutes from historic downtown, Baylor University and "Fixer Upper" Silos complex. Easy Exit from Interstate 35 north of the city...Washer and dryer in closet for longer stay! And a NEW Queen bed (Durant plush mattress on Feb. 9, '24.)

Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. Really nice spot that has everything you need for a short vacay or an extended stay. Located in a quiet, peaceful area next to a lake. Everything is as you see it in the pics. It’s also nice to have hosts that are super responsive with any questions you may have during your stay. Highly recommend.

This is a small but very cozy home, the RV is super cool and very clean. But the best part is the location and the amount of space you have to just relax and look at the beautiful Brazos river flowing, lots of seating areas, grill to cook out, fire pit would be nice in cold weather. We where in Waco for work, but when off we felt like we where on vacation. I know exactly where we will stay when we are out again.

Nice little place, and easy to find. Near the lake if you are wanting to do the water stuff. I appreciated all the little extras at this place that aren't required but sure make for a better stay. Plenty of paper goods, in both the bathroom and the kitchen. Kitchen had soap dispensers for the hand soap and to hand wash dishes. The dishwasher had plenty of detergent pods under the sink and the laundry had detergent pods available as well. The bathroom had some extra supplies one might forget to pack, I appreciated the flossers. Just the extra little things that save you a trip to the store, and plenty of potty paper. I was well pleased with the place to stay.

Billy and Ellie are TOP TIER HOSTS. I would give them 7 stars if I could. Their attention to detail within the property was impeccable with everything well labeled and exactly as the photos showed. The tiki bar was super fun and it was well stocked with yard and card games (we played a couple rounds of cornhole and croquet during our stay). Lastly, Billy and Ellie took us out on their pontoon and gave us a complimentary river tour, which was the cherry on top. I can’t recommend this property enough for a relaxing Waco stay.
