Very good, the house is clean and tidy

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Lovely place! Second time I’ve stayed here and would feel right at home staying for months here. The view is one of the best in Bangkok.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Nym’s wonderful apartment in the heart of Bangkok’s Old Town for almost a week — and we can truly say this is the best place to stay in the city! The host, Narudorn is really helpful when we request some things and they reply fast. The house is really lovely, we had so much fun times staying there. The check in and check out process were also very smooth and manageable. We did not feel stressful at all living here. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

The place is gorgeous and spacious. I was worried about mosquitos when I first looked at the place, but turned out, I didn't get a bite from them. The space is great for a family or a huge group to stay. Although the localtionis close to the main road, it's suprisingly quiet during the night - a good escape from the busy and noisy city while being in the city itself! Will definitely recommend to other people to stay.

Very quiet neighborhood and condos! The condo is very clean. 38th FL is a beautiful pool. There is a shortcut to the Siam Paragon, which is very convenience. The security guards were very nice and friendly, greeted me everytime.

Quiet at night, suitable for solitude, and the kitchen is big enough

The self-check-in was very convenient, allowing me to access the unit easily no matter what time I arrived. The location is great, with plenty of dining options nearby—though the music from the street can be loud. However, that’s hard to avoid given the area’s lively bar and nightlife scene. The elevators were impressively fast, though only three out of five were operational during my stay. The shower water pressure was a bit weak but manageable. The balcony is enclosed (not open for stepping outside), but it’s handy for drying clothes. For the price, this apartment is a solid five-star choice—comfortable, well-located, and practical for a city stay.
