For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, hospitality and kindness. See you soon.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

Sonia's place is just amazing! Clean, tastefully furnished, well-equipped and functional. But above all the veranda, the pool, the sauna and the garden are wonderful! We had a great time at this cottage! It is in a great location for visiting Mont Saint Michel. In addition, Sonia is responsive, welcoming and caring towards her guests. We highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

The two sisters Sabine and Nicole are very good and very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable. The garden was particularly impressive - a little paradise. Also the proximity to the sea (incl. View of Mont Saint Michel) we enjoyed very much. Although both only speak French, this was not a problem thanks to today's technology. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the two ladies. Beautiful location, very peaceful & comfortable. Sad we could only stay a couple of night!

We had an extended weekend in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid from almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the hot tub. We'd also like to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

The bucolic setting, under a beautiful blue sky, is a pleasure for the eyes. The house was spotless as was Perrine's welcome, very friendly. The location makes it easy to reach beaches and tourist points of interest by car. We had a great time and would recommend the place without hesitation.

An excellent place to relax after a day of 'stepping' and to the shades of the bay and its natural richness; all this with a beautiful view of the Mont-Saint-Michel; but the greatest asset is the warm, warm, warm charm of Isabelle.

Excellent stay for 6 adults, 1 child and 2 children 2 years old. The house is very clean and really very well-equipped.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and a good base for exploring St. Malo or Dinan. We rode our bikes from the apartment to Mont Saint Michel. The bike path leads through the fields and forests and along the river. We highly recommend the apartment.

Over Pentecost, I was allowed to live with my children in Stéphane's house. It was really sparkling clean and very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for. We felt very comfortable right away. The location is very quiet on the outskirts without traffic and directly on the hiking trail. In addition, Stéphane is super helpful and always available, thank you again for that! We will be happy to come back!

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

A lovely, cool and comfortable house. Parking right outside. The garden was particularly lovely at night with all the lights. Very restful and relaxing. Thoroughly recommended.
