The three-story house from the 1920s with a modern annex and view of the countryside is located in the grown district of Neunkirch of Sarreguemines. On the ground floor, daily life takes place with country kitchen, office/Wi-Fi, dining room and the 56 square meter living room overlooking the garden. On the first and second floor there are the bedrooms plus one bathroom each and separate toilet. There is room for two cars in the carport. The intimate garden invites you to relax.

Our feel-good house with terrace and garden is located in a well-kept residential area with direct access to the circular path around the golf course, into the forest, as well as into a very well-developed bicycle network. The golf restaurant is about 300 meters away. Saargemünd, the German border with many shopping opportunities and Saarlandtherme can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Alsace, Strasbourg and Luxembourg Paris are also easily reached in 1-2 hours.
