The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything in the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor, kayak, and canoe. The house is located in the heart of Sarpsborg, Kurland/Centrum. 4 min walk to the city center and 4 min walk to the famous "bryggesti". Large and clean house with big balcony and sun all day long. Safe for children: Quiet area in the end of a quiet road. The entire garden is fenced in. Large area with grass, water hose, trampoline, vehicles, slide, basketball hoop, building blocks, etc. Beautiful view. Parking: two cars outside. Washing room in basement. Towels and sheets included!

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
