• Our apartment, which is located in the very center of Adana, is 3 minutes walk to the Central Park and Sabancı Mosque, 6 minutes walk to Kazım Buffet, 7 minutes walk to the Historical Stone Bridge, and 10 minutes to Optimum Shopping Mall. Our building has 4 floors, elevator, undamaged and new. •Our house is in a simple family apartment building, not in the concept of an aparthotel. •Our prices include airbnb commission + VAT. • We have a transfer service from the airport for 1000 TL. Normally, transportation by commercial taxi costs 1,500 TL.

If you wish, you can take advantage of the ceramic workshops at a discount during the day. A nice place to stay away from the chaos of the city. It is animal-friendly. You can start the day with the sound of birds. You can enjoy your holiday in the jacuzzi with a view. The entrance to the attic is separate.

Happy Home with Lake view - heart of North Adana

This is a pleasant apartment flat, the top floor in a 11-storey building in Northern Adana. It is located on one of the main roads, with bakery, groceries and many cafes located within a few minutes walk. This is my city home and although I spend most my time in my home in Mersin I also spend some time here myself from time to time. Therefore house has all the comforts that one can expect from a home. A fully equipped kitchen, Heating/air conditioning, TV, satellite, etc.

The first two floors of the 3-story villa are for rent. The areas shown in the photo are yours. We have 4 double beds in our 4 rooms in total, and 4 single beds can be added to these rooms if needed. You can enjoy fun with your whole family in this wonderful place. Our house, which is a peaceful getaway, has a barbecue facility. It is suitable for large groups.
