Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). This accommodation has a lot of history since the construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to bring it up to date, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. You will find on the ground floor a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Our former presbytery is located in a very small village in the Perche Sarthois, two hours from Paris. Built mostly in the 18th century, it was enlarged in 1860. Completely and recently renovated, it has lost neither its charm nor its soul. It has a secure and heated swimming pool and a large 3000 m2 wooded garden divided into several spaces. The house is certified "3-star furnished tourist accommodation"
