Stephanie is a very welcoming, responsive and warm host. I was afraid of the location when reading the comments, however, having spent the day and evening there, not at all, the atmosphere is very warm and the people are very welcoming. The apartment is very cozy, very cozy, I really enjoyed it. I'll come back if I have a chance.

We stayed at Marwane's house because we arrived from Beavouis airport and it was too late to move around Paris. We were very comfortable, the photos match reality. In addition, Marwane was very attentive to us and made sure that we arrived without any problems. If we travel to that airport again, we will stay at Marwane's house again.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. For our baby, a bed was arranged and a high child seat. The contact went very well and smoothly and everything was explained very well. It is a bit far from the center of Paris, but very easy to reach by public transport.

I loved it! I was very pleased that Florian gave me the information in detail and was too kind, it has a very nice view of a very busy street, only the stairs are very tiring and somewhat dangerous if you carry large suitcases, at first we thought the area of the stairs was dark but we found the white switches that are on the side of the doors (tip) Everything was very comfortable and tidy I would definitely book here again 🫶🏻

Lovely place with beautiful interior. Helpful and friendly host. We got earlier check in, thanks for the flexibility! Good to know that it takes a while to get to the tourist attractions with public transportation.

This apartment was a perfect fit for my re-entry into Paris. Hermann proved to be the ideal host; a good communicator and patient with my questions and fumbles. The neighborhood is lively and colorful. The apartment clean, cozy and well outfitted. I recommend it highly!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

Although it was far from Paris (the city centre) I wanted to be near the stade de France and it was so near! Literally 15 mins away walking and with the public transport all together! Amazing really! I didn’t wanna be near the centre! And I say far but it was a 50 min journey on the metro which is easy to do especially because it’s direct ! The best was the host, always very promptly responsive and welcoming :) thank you Tanedice! You are amazing as a host and as a person 💯 5 ⭐️

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

We had an unforgettable birthday evening in this absolutely perfect rooftop apartment! From the first exchanges, the hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly and attentive: each question received an almost immediate answer. Everything is designed to make your stay easier: a clear and complete user manual, a functional kitchen with dishwasher! A large friendly table, beds are very comfortable and fans in each bedroom, ideal with the heat, well-appointed spaces, and the terrace keeps all its promises! Several seats allow you to create different atmospheres, and the hot tub is just exceptional. Everything was in place for a successful evening with friends. We had planned to go to the music festival but... we preferred to stay there! That's to say, the place was perfect... In summary: a unique place, well-equipped, and perfectly suited to a festive moment. I would recommend it without a second thought!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
