Waterfront vacation rentals in Sarandë

Fantastic apartment in a great location amongst bars and restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive to any queries about Sarande. Highly recommend staying here. Views and sunsets are sublime.

This was without a doubt one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in—and we stay in a lot! Overall an incredible location, with an amazing view of the sea, and the kindest hosts. We stayed a little over a month and had everything we could ever need—a clean open space, great kitchen supplies, and fast internet / wifi for remote work. The apartment’s location is outside of the main promenade area of Saranda offering a peaceful escape while still being seconds away from delicious restaurants and minutes from various grocery stores. It is about an easy 40 minute walk to the port and just over 30 minutes to the bus stop. The hosts were extremely kind and picked us up at the port upon arrival and were very responsive and friendly. It is a walk down the stairs from the beach where there are lounge chairs and nets that overlook the water. We had an incredible stay and we will definitely be back to stay here with Lesya when we are in Saranda again!

Good location close to the beach. You get a little workout in as it's up a hill (like the rest of the city) but you are rewarded with a lovely view from the balcony. The flat is very spacious, I stayed for over a week and it was perfect. Note there is no elevator and it is on the 4th floor. Enjoy!

We had a great stay at Christinas - it was right by the strip of bars and restaurants next to the coastline. Zeni (who checked us in and provided a taxi service) was brilliant - he came to fix the aircon within the hour once reported. He also provided us with very reliable transport and personally drove us to tourist locations including the blue eye and a beach club / restaurant in ksamil. He was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Christina’s Airbnb was spotless and provided us with many amenities which were very useful for our evenings staying in. We would recommend staying here ! Albania is also a great holiday destination. Thanks so much to Christina and Zeni :)

The place was located within walking distance of every where - restaurants, beach, and shops. The water is literally right in front of you and parking is right in front of the water so you can view your car from the apartment. We felt very safe and Nori the caretaker was very helpful and answered all the questions we had about the area and helped us get the air conditioner on when we didn't know that we had the wrong remote for the living room one. Which worked great! Check in was easy. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we were missing which seems to be common was a coffee machine. However, the coffee shop up the stairs and across the street was easy to walk to every morning. Thank you! We will be back!

Sonia is a great host. She was very responsive when I had any queries. She gave me some recommendations for restaurants and bars in the promenade. She was also kind to give me a lift from Ksamil in the weekend. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.

Tolle Unterkunft, super zentral gelegen. Wer nach Ksamil reisen möchte dem können wir diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß erreichbar, Restaurants, Apotheken, Strände etc. Alles ist in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft selber war sehr sauber und es hat alles super funktioniert! Danke das wir hier sein konnten:)

Mycket trevligt hus, med fantastik utsikt och nära till centrum och bad. Vi var 10 personer och rymdes mycket bra i huset. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.

Great stay, convenient central location

Everything was perfect! The Airbnb was really comfortable to stay. We got a good tip for the best beach to go. The lady who received us was really friendly. Maybe she doesn’t speak English, but that’s what we have a translation app for. We would really recommend to book this place! It was clean and had everything you need to have a chill stay. It was close to some of the beaches and a supermarket. Thanks hosts!

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at Anxhela's place. Everything was perfect. Anxhela was a good communicator before and throughout our stay. She and Katerina went "above and beyond" expectations one day to assist us. Katerina made check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and cafes at our doorstep. The views were priceless, with peaceful early mornings on the balconies, in the garden, or beside the sea with a cup of coffee. Sunsets were beautiful and are not to be missed. The gardens are lovely and well cared for, while the pool and the sea offer a respite from the heat or a relaxing swim. The Villa itself had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Our family enjoyed spreading out on different floors for peace and quiet after a busy day and gathering together around the large table for board games. It's a piece of paradise in a vibrant area of the city. Book it if you can.

My family of 7 had a very comfortable stay. We loved the water front and the easy access to the water. We will recommend to family and friends to stay in this beautiful location. We like that it was more private and out of the main city but close enough to drive to all the sites. Super friendly staff at the bar, very helpful and informative. ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. He has a desk in the apartment allowing us to both remote work. He is very responsive and we would book again . Clean, convenient and ready for remote working.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

The photos don’t do this place justice; it’s a more stunning view than in the photos & a really well maintained and furnished place. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, beach towels, and toiletries provided too. Florentina was an incredibly welcoming and gracious host! The only caution is that it can be a bit of a noisier spot; our first night (a Tuesday), club music from multiple locations was blaring until at least 1am. We also had the unfortunate experience of a car alarm going off between 5am and 7am each of our mornings there. In general, the noise from the promenade and streets can also be heard quite clearly from the balcony, but when there’s no club music it’s not so bad!

We had such an amazing time at Zana’s Airbnb – it honestly exceeded all our expectations. The place itself was beautiful: spotless, stylish, and super comfortable, with everything we needed. But what really made it stand out was the location and the view. It was perfectly situated – peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Waking up to that stunning view each morning felt like a dream, and the sunsets were absolutely unforgettable. Zana was such a generous and thoughtful host – she made us feel so welcome and were always on hand if we needed anything. You can tell she really cares about making your stay special. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate – we’re already dreaming about coming back!

We booked the stay after arriving at our original location which was very remote and not what was advertised. However after booking this apartment we were extremely happy, host was great and the apartment was perfect, comfortable, had everything you could need and the veranda had stunning views of some of the nicest sunsets we had ever seen. Perfect for us

We had a fantastic stay at Grigor’s apartment in Saranda! The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace—absolutely stunning views of the sea and the town, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the water and within easy walking distance of all the best restaurants and bars. It was lively in the evenings, but that’s part of the charm of Saranda—and thankfully, everything quiets down by midnight, so getting a good night’s sleep wasn’t an issue at all. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth—no hassle whatsoever, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Saranda
