Very beautiful view! Flexible check-in! Very comfortable beds and showers! Excellent WIFI signal! Very clean bedding. On the same plot of land, there is a house that is rented separately. It didn't bother us, as the Airbnb space has a separate kitchen and barbecue area, sharing the entrance and garage with the house.

The ranch is simple but tidy. The condominium in which it is located is outside the urban area and on rainy days, cars not prepared for mud and holes will suffer. The river in the property is a spectacle that makes every penny invested worth every penny. The water is clean and warm. A negative highlight is the showers, neither is good and bad temperature. The oven was not working but did not cause us losses. Always very attentive, Bruno and Luciana promptly attended us when we needed it. Surely, if I have the possibility, I will stay with them again.

Very large and beautiful house, comfortable mattresses, pleasant space. There were a few details missing, but nothing that detracts from the house. Pleasant and welcoming host.

Very well located house, with several establishments nearby. Very comfortable mattresses, very nice pool to relax after arriving from the waterfalls (it is not heated). Kitchen with everything you need for simple meals (no baking sheet, but I used a pan to heat a pizza and it worked). Only detail to mention: as the house is all at 110, the showers cannot be turned on together when hot so as not to trip the house's power and burn them. This information was given to me only after I made the reservation. For those who are renting the house with many people, know that you will have to take a shower one at a time if it is hot! Apart from this detail of having to wait for a bath even though there was another shower, our stay went well.

Paulinho is very friendly and patient. he waited for us to arrive and give us all thetips we wanted. the house is exactly what is described in the ad, a nice place to rest and get in touch with nature, being a great opportunityfor those who wants to have a quiet moment. We were spending the turn of the year on the property of Priscilla, I can say that it is much more beautiful than it seems in the facts(which are already beautiful), easy access just at the first turn before the entrance of the city, the atmosphere is very welcoming and we feel at home, with the leisure area and the river, besides the hostess being very kind all the time with us. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for an amazing place to spend good times with family / friends, we will definitely be back.

We loved Rancho Santa Rita, it was perfect wonderful, no words to describe how amazing the ranch is. very quiet quiet, great for fishing, great for connecting nature, the only noise and the birds singing. felt right at home, we didn't want to leave anymore. we'll be back a lot more often for sure. The place is beautiful, it exceeded our expectations regarding the photos of the listing. Great local, in the condominium there is a small grocery store which ends up facilitating by the fact that you do not have to go to the city at all times. It was a great stay

The accommodation is fully consistent with the photos and amenities described. The ranch is on a very large and beautiful plot of land, with lots of nature, birds, a reservoir, perfect for days of tranquility and rest. The room was great, spacious with a fan, air-conditioning, excellent bed and bath linens. The kitchen and living room were very cozy and had everything we needed. The nights with cloudless skies were amazing for stargazing, photographing the Milky Way. Anyone who enjoys this experience will love it. Take repentance when you go to Canastra, because there are a lot of rubber and mutuca. Canastra is amazing, it makes you want to spend time there. We highly recommend Napoleon's ranch. New and completely equipped Rancho the banks of the dam. Rooms with new and clean air conditioning. Very clean bathrooms, full kitchen and new and clean leisure area. Rancho is close to the Santo Antônio River waterfall and the entrance to the Vale da Gurita road. With many waterfalls and restaurants. It was well worth it and I will certainly return

Great stay! It matched 100% to the listing. We felt at home, a simple and very welcoming place, with a private beach in the background.
