Vacation rentals with breakfast in São José dos Campos

It was an amazing experience. Flawless place, clean, with products to maintain cleanliness, the option of a small fee to request cleaning. Because it is a region with many insects, they are careful to leave repellents but taken in spray. They respond quickly, always. Breakfast was a differentiator from other Chalets and is VERY worth it, all fresh, varied and delivered to the chalet door for you to consume at your leisure. Nothing but praise for this stay.

Rosse and Fernando's house is delicious. We went as 2 couples of friends and had privacy, comfort and a wonderful view of the nature around us. Everything worked well and what - for a while - didn't work was promptly resolved by the owners. New house, clean, clean, well-equipped, excellent bedding, properly sanitized bathroom. A separate case is the educational trail within the property: well assembled, with very well written signs about the history and botany of the region, apart from the Viewpoint that brings you a breathtaking scenery. The access road is full of gravel, okay for an ordinary car despite the holes, but no hassles with getting stuck. I recommend days of rest (or even work) there, it has a perfect room for a home office overlooking the forest. And the plus: the property's dog, so cute!

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole land itself is a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch, but because of the rain it was impossible to pass, because there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

The stay was excellent! The place is very nice, quiet, everything is new, clean and well organized. The photos match the place perfectly, and the view is simply wonderful. We will definitely return and recommend! Breakfast is very good, and we received all the necessary instructions for using the facilities and for check-in.

Excellent accommodation. New house, with elegant decor and super cozy. Kitchen with enough items for breakfast and small meals. The environment was very clean, with excellent quality and clean linens. Dado is always very flexible and helpful, and responds to messages quickly. I recommend this accommodation.

The stay was perfect! Loreta and Nivaldo's support from the beginning was unparalleled. The chalet is fully equipped — full kitchen, barbecue area, internet and TV working super well. We love the breakfast and the rain muffin (lol). Maya, the little dog from space, is a princess: super gentle and cheerful. He came to greet us and got along really well with our little dog, who is sometimes 8 or 80 (laughs). The green area is beautiful, with a lot of peace and tranquility — a true refuge from the city.

Beautiful location! Spacious apartment and well divided into 2 floors. Balconies with a nice view and a cozy fireplace. We love it, we'll be back another time. It is 15 minutes from Capivari, but there is no traffic, it is quiet.

Once again returning to this great apartment. Very complete, clean, everything as shown in the photos and in perfect condition. Close to everything and you really don't need to take a car to do anything, you can do everything on foot when you want to eat, drink, shop and enjoy the band shows in MV. Full spectacular breakfast. We'll be back more often.

Excellent apartment, with a wonderful view (one of the best in the entire hotel), to watch the sunset from a "private box." It matched the photos exactly. 2 balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Heating in the living room and in the bedroom, including the mattress, great mattress, very comfortable, very good bathroom too, very comfortable.

Richard and his wife were great hosts! They treated us super well, with friendliness and tranquility, in addition to being very helpful when we needed their support. The suite is great, ideal for a couple on short trips to Monte Verde. Breakfast is amazing. We recommend it!

Simply amazing! The cottage is a true haven in the midst of nature — surrounded by lots of greenery and full of colorful birds that make the atmosphere even more enchanting. The peace and quiet of the place are an invitation to rest and contemplation. The cottage itself is super cozy, well-equipped and provided us with a lot of comfort throughout the stay. Every detail seems to have been thoughtfully designed. Undoubtedly, a special place to recharge. I highly recommend it and I'm already looking forward to coming back!

Look, it was an amazing stay. This was our first trip with car access. Then we could afford to stay in a more remote place. And we chose well. The neighbors who make noise are little birds that won't shut up, but we don't care at all. About the cottage, it was much more spacious than I thought. Very good bathroom. We had some setbacks with the bathtub, but the host couple's support made all the difference so that it didn't reflect in the rating And the breakfast, my goodness, what a delicious breakfast. I woke up sad today when I remembered I wouldn't have that coffee. All done with affection and care. And finally, it was really worth it, the problems we had were promptly resolved by the hosts, and we will certainly return other times. To build even more pleasant memories like this.

Alfredo is one of the nicest people I've met in all the stays I've ever booked on Airbnb, and he was very attentive and welcoming at all times, really making us feel at home! About the accommodation, it's surreal! As I told him at checkout, some places have a view of the mountains, a beautiful landscape of nature, but there you feel inside the mountains, inside nature. We didn't just see the mist and dew in the morning, we were simply inside the mist and dew. I highly recommend the stay, the only regret was not staying longer! Fully immersive experience in nature that intersperses Morte Verde.

The Flat is amazing, very cozy, impeccable storage, everything very new and organized. As the date we stayed was close to Valentine's Day, Débora surprised us with a special decoration, with heart lights, sparkling flower petals and chocolates, wonderful !!! Breakfast is simply amazing, everything is warm and delicious, delivered to the bedroom door at the appointed time. We loved our stay and will definitely be back !!!

We liked it a lot, the place is beautiful as in the advertised photos, Marlene and José are very friendly, the breakfast is very tasty with several options, cakes, breads, sweets, cheeses, very good black coffee, juices, the cheese pancake is delicious. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy, everything is clean. I highly recommend it!
