This is our second time staying at the house. The space is delightful, inside a condominium, near Belo Horizonte. Clean, spacious house with a very well-kept outdoor area. Flaviana, who takes care of the house, is amazing. I recommend it and we'll be back!

Silvana is very kind, helpful and responds quickly. The space is very beautiful and well maintained, I found it even more beautiful than the photos. My group felt very welcome and comfortable. Silvana also referred us to a great cook who contributed a lot to a better experience. Finally, we love everything.

The house is very nice and is in a quiet place. Great for enjoying nature with the comforts of home. It is one hour from Belo Horizonte and 10 minutes from downtown Lagoa Santa. All exactly as described in the ad. Ana was always very kind and helpful, and responded promptly to our requests. We recommend it.

We loved the place!!! Super cozy, safe, great cleanliness but there were no chairs on the balcony, which is wonderful, and a few white ones on the lawn to sit in the afternoon!! Great place to stay as described in the listing description. We used it for a weekend with friends and it provided us with everything we needed: court, pool, barbecue, ping-pong and several other things. Various utensils available for cooking and barbecuing in the house.

They were pleasant days, in the middle of nature in Cristina's space. We were extremely pleased with the social gathering area. Pool table, game table, swimming pool, ping-pong, sauna, wood-burning stove, pizza oven. The set of kitchen utensils is very complete, contemplating beer drinkers who like a glass of Lagoinha to those who prefer a good glass of wine!!The part of the rooms that is separate from the social area, extremely clean and pleasant. Paulo and his wife (caretakers) are very helpful and ready to assist us whenever necessary. Cristina is a sweetheart who made us very comfortable these days. It's definitely a place worth returning.

We had an unforgettable weekend at this place! The house is impeccable, colonial style, classic, very well maintained considering that it is old. Everything worked perfectly. The kitchen was fully assembled, with all the necessary items and everything was very clean, the style of a neat grandmother's house in Minas Gerais! We feel so much at home! The caretaker Gilberto, a sweetheart of a person, made us feel super comfortable. We loved being there and are already planning a brief return!

The accommodation at Antonia's house was very good! The place is in an excellent condominium (where several soccer players live, just to give you an idea) and is very pleasant. The house is very well equipped and was impeccable to welcome us. In addition, Antonia and Carlos (the owners of the house) were extremely receptive, friendly and available. Our stay at the house was just perfect, peaceful days! The house is extremely well-equipped, clean, and with a great leisure space, much more beautiful than in the ad! The pool is large and very clean, everything perfect, zero details, because it is close whenever you need to relax and disconnect we will definitely be back! Another positive point is the location, close to everything, pharmacy, supermarket, bakeries, great cafes scattered around the edge of the lagoon etc… everything you need less than a 5-minute drive away. In addition, we are grateful for staying at Mateus' house. We were received by the father, very attentive, very nice people, we chatted, if we had stayed a little longer, we would have invited him for a beer lol
