The house is 1.5 km from the center and 350 meters from the beach, close to the Marina Mangue Seco (Marina do Bira), quiet and pleasant place, calm water beach with a river on the left, after the river there is a little known paradise beach, Gravatá. The neighborhood is simple and rustic but very quiet, fishing and seafood villa, an ideal quiet place to rest.
