Wake up in a tropical banana tree forest, listening to the waves by the beach and the spring water falling down the cascade. This new Glamping site in Madeira Island is the perfect spot to relax by the hill, camping with all comfort and glamour.
“We had a great time in Madeira and after every very eventful day we were always very happy to be able to return to our oasis of calm, Nuno received us very warmly and helped us a lot with our suitcase lost at the airport! It was also great that there was always fresh fruit in the kitchen and the herb garden in front of the kitchen is really beautiful, we were happy to use it. We saw from the other rental cars that the other two tents were also occupied, but hardly anyone else saw the whole area is well thought out and really beautiful! A car is definitely necessary! It also makes sense to use the directions given here in airbnb because Google Maps does not know this wonderful place ”
In a quiet place of Seixal, with a fantastic view over the sea and the green mountains of the North of the Island, you will be able to spend some relaxing days in a peaceful and relaxed environment.
“We loved Magna's place. It's very unique and artsy, cozy, very clean, a grand terrace with a magnificent view of the coast and the ocean. Comfortable bed, fridge with drinks and stuff to make coffee and tea. Seixal is a quiet place, perfect to relax and get away from it all, a good base for hiking also. The best thing about this place is that Magna is an amazing cook (we think she should open a restaurant) and her breakfast and dinner were simply the best food we could find in all of Madeira. We would happily go back and spend another holiday there. Thank you, Magna!”
Banana Cabana, is realy a unique, delightful, charming and loving place. It is located in a quite area and closed to next Village Ribeira Brava, 5 minutes driving , where you can find all facillities, like Banks, Markts, cafés, Shops, Beach, etc. This place, is peacefully all year around .The weather, at this part of the Island, is always better and warmer, than in the rest of Island.
“The photos are not lying and we enjoyed our two weeks in the "Banana Cabana" over Christmas and New Year. You definitely need a car, but once you are covered with drinks and food (make sure you have a look beforehand at what is already available! We even had coffee, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, toiletries and and and in the house) you just do nothing here for a few days. We were alone and yet there was an IMMEDIATE answer from Eva to every question (via WhatsApp). Drive the "acesso local", try restaurants where you stand in line or where a fire burns and drinks Poncha :-) We will be back!!!”
