It was a nice and super stable place! The place is clean and the same as the photos! We stayed with my friends and it was perfect! Tiago answered our questions and helped us with everything we needed!

The accommodation is exactly like the photos. Very good location in Natal. The condominium is very safe. Even the entrance makes it a little difficult to enter the condominium because they are very careful in checking the information, which makes the entrance a little more time-consuming. The apartment was clean and very organized. I recommend it

Very responsive and cordial host, great location and good value for money

The environment is very well organized, all new furniture and fully equipped for whatever you need during your stay, from a washing machine to the kitchen. The hosts are very nice and respond extremely quickly, always providing clear instructions. A negative point would be the outside noise, due to its proximity to the avenue. On the other hand, it is well located, being close to any attraction in Ponta Negra.

It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. To witness the sunrise of the balcony of the house, to see that image, sun and sea , is an inexplicable feeling and all of this combining with the landscaping of the house and the beach. The duplex is just like the photos, impeccable, communication with both the host and the person responsible for the key was quick, everything was perfect, I highly recommend it, close to markets, convenience, pharmacy and the main one next to the beach, we just didn't like the access that the GPS tells us to go.

Great stay, Igor is a considerate host and has given us all the support we need. The house matches the statement, great location and the house accommodates a family and friends very well. We highly recommend, it is only as a suggestion to improve the functioning of air conditioning or more fan options, since the heat disrupts the sleep a little.

The apartment is Excellent! We loved our time staying at Carmen's apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walked. In addition, Carmen was so careful that she even left some treats for us, like beer and cold cuts. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we needed something, Carmen responded promptly. If we return to Natal, we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

The space is beautiful and very pleasant, I would come back other times. The leisure area is a strong point, beautiful and with many options for rest. The sea is very intense. The condominium is close to easy access.

Great stay. Easy place to access Beaches of the South and North as well as the Praia de Ponta Negra itself (which we do not enjoy ... we prefer to move to the most peaceful Southern as the North). It is interesting to program a car or apps for qq locomotion/access. The advertisement fulfills what it promises and the cost X benefit is great. The hostess is helpful and always with prompt response. Full apto, clean, airy, without the smell of mold, 02 full bathrooms, great and covered garage, new air conditioning (02) and functioning perfectly beyond the fans for those who do not like air conditioning (my case in specific) TEN NOTE

Dona Francisca welcomed me and my family very well, we felt at home during our 2 week stay. The communication was very fast and Dona Francisca was ready to clarify our doubts at any time. The house is in a very quiet and quiet place, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, with easy access to public transportation and the neighborhood's commerce.
