Easy location, near BR 290 (about 200 meters) on the secondary cloverleaf interchange (Hotel San Isidro). The facilities and furniture are brand new. The room has a double bed and a single mattress on the floor, plus a sofa bed outside the room, as the photos show, totaling up to five seats.

I rent an entire house with 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 king-size bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra single mattress with bedding. I only offer 1 bedroom because the other one does not have air conditioning and is closed with some unnecessary furniture for use during the stay. It has a television with Netflix, a portable fan, Wi-Fi, a kitchen with a stove and an electric oven, pots and dishes. Daily rate for 2 people with additional fee per person and additional pet fee of 50.00.
