Vacation rentals with a pool in São Francisco River

Mario's house is a unique space, with a lot of affection and care in every detail. His and his wife's reception is amazing, flexibility and a lot of humanization! Very well-equipped kitchen and tableware, large and very airy living room. The rooms each have their own charm, standard bedding and are very comfortable. Waking up to the view from the master suite is magnificent, seeing the pool, the sea, the sun rising and the birds singing. The exterior of the house is a love affair, as it has the perfect integration of the house with the pool and barbecue, and the little gate that leads directly to the beach sand. Very convenient for those who are going on a family trip, children and the elderly. I took my 95-year-old great-grandmother and my grandmother to celebrate her 80th birthday, the house was perfect for their mobility and integration with the beach. Amazing place and n the best part of Trancoso. Lovely gardens and pool, 24 hour security and very quiet even though the entrance is within the Quardrato. Jennifer’s lovely place has a gorgeous outdoor area and the lovely Zilda to prepare breakfast and keep everything perfectly clean and in order. We had the best, most relaxing and fun time. Thanks so much! I highly recommend this property!

Amilcar's house is a paradise in the mountains of the Itacaré coast. It is close to São José beach, in a private and safe condominium. You can also walk or drive to Prainha. The interior of the house is a whim and unparalleled comfort, the kitchen is complete, the bedding is of the highest quality, the air conditioners work perfectly, the rooms are spacious, and the staff Kaka and Neia are super attentive, available and polite. Any small problem or extra need we had was quickly addressed by the team. It was a very good stay, we were very satisfied with the experience! Amilcar is quick to respond via chat, and made great recommendations for a driver and cook. We really enjoyed the whole experience, and we will come back more often if there is an opportunity!

I stayed for 4 days with my family. In every respect, a perfect accommodation. Even the cook Thomas suggested. It was worth it. We want to repeat.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Situated a few minutes from the beautiful Prainha and with fantastic structure. The highlight is the staff, especially Conceição, which gives a show of cuisine and affection and the Messias, always willing to help. We hope to return soon

incredible village, the best house we expected, was clean and with many kitchen utensils and cleanliness available, the prompts and food were great, the beach that is right at the end of the street was for us the most beautiful of all we know in maraú, we felt at home and we had a very quiet communication. I could say I felt like coming back more times, but we felt like never leaving.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights and felt at home. The house has a bucolic decoration, transmits a calmness, lots of wood, straw, light curtains, large glass doors, leaves everything illuminated and airy. Large rooms with bathrooms with exceptional showers, with a very strong water jet. The kitchen is well-equipped, with first-class equipment, although some already have a lot of signs of wear, as well as some parts of the house, but nothing that would spoil the experience. We ended up not using Mara's services because it was our first time in the region and we went out a lot, but she was always available to help us by answering messages quickly, including with local tips. We even had a barbecue and there is a large brewery in the backyard and even a “JBL” box, you can enjoy the pool and the outdoor area a lot. Just a tip for those who go to the region and rent a car, the ideal is to rent an SUV, the region is difficult to access by dirt road with floods and many potholes.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. The condominium is excellent, wonderful pool, everything clean and organized. The house has all the necessary utensils. Were very good days.

We traveled 2 months through the northeast, on the way we stayed in this apartment and we made a point of staying again. A fragrant, clean place, complete with utensils, cotton linens (neither mesh nor polyester) that makes all the difference for those who arrive tired from the trip, excellent shower, tasteful decoration. I recommend it

The apartment is very cozy and faces the sea!!! City has exceeded all expectations!! Very well-kept condominium and very attentive receptionists, they even gave us coconuts straight from the tree!
