Welcome to our family beach house! A home where we create memories and special moments and that is available to share with you! Our house is a retreat with a swimming pool, barbecue area, and lots of hammocks for relaxing. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites, and an outdoor area for up to 3 cars. We are just 200 meters from Grussaí Beach Post 3, and a few minutes from the Gastronomic Pole, SESC and Liberdade Avenue, where shops and restaurants are located. Pet Friendly Environment!

The stay was very good! Neighborhood very good, Educados! Great place for family! I took my dogs free to feel at home! Very good house! Only internet and tv that doesn't have! But it wasn't a problem! Well-located house with market and bakery close by! Otima Stay! I will come back more often!!! We love it!

The house is very well structured and newly renovated! The rooms are large, spacious backyard with barbecue area with sink and wooden table in the outdoor area, the Host left beach chairs available, plenty of kitchen utensils, there are shops in the vicinity that held our last minute needs well, the house corresponds to the photos. I will definitely return! The service was great and the pool was very clean. Congratulations

I spent a wonderful week at Jonathan's house with my family. The space is great for barbecue and relax in the pool. It is also possible to reach the beach of Gruassaí on foot with a 15-minute walk, also close to the Gastronomic Pole. A point of attention is the distribution of water in the neighborhood, which requires some attention from guests to avoid surprises, but nothing to hinder the overall experience as the house has reservoirs. Last but not least, Jonathan and Lucas were super attentive during our reception and stay, answering our doubts promptly and giving recommendations from local bars and restaurants.
