Apartamento clean, very quiet place to find... complete with all the utensils... and also with a pleasant outdoor space.. Everything was great!!

The host welcomed us very well, the house was organized and smelled good, my friends and I felt at home! The space had everything we needed to cook, clean towels and linens, and even a streaming TV! We loved it ❤️

My stay was excellent! The environment is super clean, well cared for and pleasant. The rooms and kitchen have custom cabinets, which gives more practicality and comfort. The bathroom was sparkling clean, with everything working perfectly. The bedding was available, clean and fragrant. The location is very good, with a bakery nearby and great restaurants nearby, which made it very easy. Entrance with easy and well-explained access. I was very pleased with all the details of the space – the care and attention to the well-being of the guests is visible. I felt at home and would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it!

The property of Andréia is exactly like in the photos, an extremely cozy place, with everything I needed for stay. The condominium is very safe and organized, a little away from the center, but I never had difficulty with Uber. Check-in and checkout are very easy, Andreia is very flexible which makes it very easy. Only compliments and thanks for the impeccable stay.

Hosts have always been understanding and had great communication to make the stay easier. The property is very well located, close to shops and markets. An excellent option for those who will attend university games, since it is close to the Milton Olaio Gymnasium and the TUSCA Arena.

Bottom Apartment. Location is good, two blocks from the São Carlos bus station, and can go on foot. Less than 2 km from the IAU-USP ordinance. There are supermarket, car rental company and nearby McDonalds as well. Clean environment, including availability of a few simple hygiene and cleaning materials. Renata always available to clarify any questions. Points to improve: TV does not have good tune; there is no washing machine or iron; kitchen and bedroom do not have curtains; as there is a window facing the other, from another apartment, a little privacy is lost. It has no air-conditioning, only two fans, which well supply the air-conditioning of the environments. Shower is electric and a bathroom has a box. The sofa can be used as a bed and also offers a single mattress, as well as a double bed. The kitchen faucet has a filter option for drinking water. Garage space is discovered. I highly recommend the place. Hope to be back soon!

I like the apartment, it's just like the pictures. I just didn't know it was so close to the train line, that it makes a very loud noise day and night. But I believe that those who know São Carlos are already used to this, as it is difficult to escape the noise of the train in the city. But it was worth the stay, a clean and organized apartment, the way I needed it.
