Second time I've stayed there, very good, I recommend it

Quiet location and close to the center. The reception at the stone house was wonderful. They prepare everything with great taste and affection. My wife and I were fully satisfied. We'll go back there to enjoy it for longer.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, cozy, well decorated, clean and extremely functional. Kitchen with necessary appliances, dishes, sofas, TV, tables, there are heaters in the rooms, we love the fireplace in the living room and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Our entire stay was very pleasant, in addition to Guilherme's hospitality, we had the receptivity of Mr. Edmilson, who welcomed us and answered some questions about the place, fireplace and other details during the stay.

The apartment is excellent! The place is cozy and has an amazing view. Everything was organized and in accordance with the photos inserted in the app. It was very worth it. In addition, Saskia is very kind and attentive. I recommend it.

Great location! By car, it takes about 3 minutes to Parque Capivari! Near the accommodation there are restaurants, snack bars and etc! About the place, it's not luxurious, but for the price it's an excellent cost benefit! It has everything you need to make food, if you don't want to spend a lot, the place has a balcony that faces the main avenue! I found the apartment very cold, and I went in the fall, so I recommend taking more blankets, because there is no heater in the place, only a fireplace! Overall, that's it, great value for money!

The accommodation that corresponds to the listing. Everything is very clean and organized, comfortable space and with all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal on site. The apartment is very well located (in the shopping center), with pharmacies, market and wineries nearby. The property is approximately 2 km from Capivari Square. It does not have private parking, as in the listing, however, during the stay we left the car on the street and had no issues. The host was very helpful and responsive. Excellent stay.

The condominium is very charming. Location further from downtown (near the Palácio Boa Vista). If you're driving everything is ok.

There was no way to give less than 5 stars because it was simply perfect. Unfortunately, because of my work, we arrived one day and left the next, but we will return with more time because the place is wonderful, as it says in the listing, the house is small but extremely cozy, everything is impeccably clean and we even received a small welcome from the host 🥰 Tamires is simply kind and promptly responds to messages. My family and I can't wait to come back with more time to enjoy the place that conveys a lot of peace and tranquility.

The cottage is very cozy, soft towels and bed linens and everything is very clean!! very good internet!! Andrea and Sergio are always kind and friendly, we will definitely be back!!

The stay was wonderful. Felipe was a great host from the time of booking to the end of the trip. Elton, the caretaker, was very helpful. The house is beautiful, the space is very nice and comfortable. I'll be back for sure!

I stayed only two days in the cottage, they were two precious days, where since we arrived we were very well received by Floriano, on the first night we talked about the basics and went to sleep, in the morning we went to see the surroundings of the house and we even reached the waterfall of the Henriques, I filmed the fall of the waterfall with more than twenty meters in height and a lot of water, I sent the videos to Floriano and whoever is interested just ask him, I reached a point where the fall is about eighty meters in height but at that point there was little water, at night we had a barbecue and Floriano stayed with us and there were many stories told. God is wonderful and I can only thank him.

The location is in a very safe neighborhood, with a market nearby and some nice restaurants when you prefer not to go to Capivari, where you can walk quietly, it is a good walk, but a nice walk. Good garage for 2 cars. Very nice doormen. I went with my husband and 3 children and we had a great experience.

Very good stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Churrasqueira works well. Apto was well cleaned. I thought the furniture and the apt itself would be younger or renovated by the photos I saw on the listing. There are beautiful araucaria on the grounds. Quiet place. Dona Neuza helped us at check in and chek out and everything went smoothly.

Very nice apartment, close to Capivari Park. I didn't need to use the car to get to restaurants and the park. Spacious apartment, with 2 en-suites and quiet location. I highly recommend it!!!

I always request a lot and gave several tips of the place. Very clean and wide house, I loved my choice. I'll come back more often.
