Perfecto para huéspedes que buscan tranquilidad, disfrutar el parque de la plaza de la cultura y estar próximo a la zona colonial. Este loft cuenta de área de cocina, baño, balcón, sofá, tv de 42 pulgadas, cama Queen con un cómodo colchón para que descanses y duermas plácidamente. NO SE ADMITEN VISITAS. No se permiten fiestas, ni música alta, ni ruidos que quiten la tranquilidad del condominio.

Cozy Studio located in the center of Santo Domingo 2-5 mins walk to main avenues and no more than 10 mins walk to train station with transfers available to all train routes, only 1 mile away from "El Malecon". There are plenty of entertainment options nearby including malls, bowling, restaurants, movie theaters, and parks. This is a new apartment (built in 2016) to include private parking with remote electric gate and security cameras.
