Great period that I was at the site (more than 1 month) , as the house is in the back there is not the noise of the street, which is very good! The garage is automatic , which makes it easy to get in and out for those who have a car. Mr. Bruno uses the garage to mess with some cars, as I left too early and arrived very late, I had no problems with it. Region with close commerce, square, fast lava, gym, market, pharmacy, etc. local home office and or study well-equipped with internet 💯 Dona Anitta was exceptional!!! Rural helped me a lot!!! From the coffee shop to a day that helped me with an umbrella, helped me with the washed clothes, and berries. All this additional, that is, it has no obligation to do and does so willingly. Saudade da Patrícia (cachorra) which from the day I arrived until the last day when I saw myself jumped into me… kkk

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

The stay at Gabriel's house was perfect, the house is wonderful and accommodated me, my husband and our friend very well and, for sure, we will stay again.

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here and, as always, everything was impeccable! The place is still wonderful, super clean, comfortable and with that cozy atmosphere that makes us feel at home. Isabel is super attentive and everything works just fine. It has already become my favorite spot, hands down! I highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just an important note: depending on the route you take, the GPS may direct you through the favela.

Perfect. Cozy, clean, modern, comfortable, with everything you need for a stay. I'm from the countryside, I loved the 22nd floor, incredible view of a big city with planes flying through the sky all the time. We love the experience. Gratitude. I would return whenever necessary, as the view is so incredible.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well maintained, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to find and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to come back more often. Adrienne is super helpful and was very attentive from the start! The location is amazing! Really close to Club Med Lake Paradise (around 2.5 km away). We felt very welcome as soon as we entered the house! You could see this affection in the details! Everything is very well arranged and cozy! Unfortunately, the weather was not very good and the power went out between 9 pm and 7 am. We lost some things that were in the refrigerator as well. The energy oscillated afterwards. But we know they did everything in their power to help us in some way!! From the house, we can admire a beautiful landscape that filled our hearts!! 🥰 We are grateful for the lives of Adrienne, Guido and Durval!! Many thanks for everything!! We love it!!! ❤️

The apartment is amazing, everything is clean and organized. Fast internet connection. An invigorating hot shower! In the building, there is a 24-hour grocery store! Close to shops, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, which also deliver via app! Building with security, easy access and very well located! The building staff are always attentive and helpful! I loved it and recommend it!

Elaine is an exceptional host and her place is nothing short of what’s stated in the description!! She gave plenty of recommendations of things to do and places to eat!! There were so many restaurants and little places nearby and getting around is very easy and walkable. The location and surrounding areas felt safe, at least in our experience. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!
