I highly recommend it! The house is perfect, as beautiful as the listing. Very well equipped and spacious. 4 bedrooms with en-suites and all with air conditioning, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There is air conditioning in the living room and also in the barbecue area. All spaces are comfortable, well-equipped and air-conditioned, we feel at home! There is also a pool on the ground floor and a balcony on the second floor, great for relaxing! The condominium is delightful, very beautiful, in the middle of nature and bordering the Preguiças River. We really enjoy being connected to nature, it also has a swimming pool, piggy, courts and concierge. We really liked the location, although it's not right in the riverside area, it's very close, we walked every day and it was super quiet. So, we thought it was great, because it's in a quiet area, away from the noise, but super close to restaurants and shops. Isabella was great, from the beginning she answered all our questions and during the stay she was always available for what we needed! 🥰

The accommodation was impeccable, Almeida was always proactive in helping us and always responded to our needs, the house is very beautiful, it met all our needs and also with all the necessary utensils, the rooms were perfect, with air-conditioning, which was simply what caught our attention! Congratulations to the host! We will certainly recommend it and return soon!

The flat is great, and the owner responds quickly and was very polite and helpful. In the condominium there is a beach in the river, wonderful. I went with friends, we liked it too much.

The condominium is located next to the new bridge, which gives access to the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park. It is an excellent convenience, because on the return from the tour to the lagoons it was not necessary to face the "traffic" of the city center. In addition, it has a swimming pool, barbecue area and a pier that has an excellent view of the Preguiças River. The shower is excellent, strong water jet and various temperatures. The guest can choose what they like best. The apartment has a variety of dishes and appliances. Anyone interested in cooking will find a variety of household utensils.

Wonderful, the Rio Preguiças in the background is beautiful, great location, next to the bridge that gives access to the tours. I just missed a curtain in the kitchen window and on the living room balcony because anyone who passes by can take away our privacy, the rest is impeccable, I would stay again. Great host.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is new, equipped with everything we need and was extremely clean. The view of the garden and the river is an attraction in itself. Beautiful. Super well located, you can walk to the downtown and Av. Beira Rio. The host contacted us in advance and was always available.

Wonderful location! Very nice, comfortable, clean and the caretaker Paulo was always available. We were very comfortable and enjoyed amazing days. We still got gifts from Adalberto because of Easter.

We were very well received in Santo Amaro. Ernane's house is in a very beautiful environment, with an incredible garden.

The space is well structured, and has everything the listing indicates. Kitchen with basic equipment, air-conditioned room working well and the spacious bathroom with an electric shower. There were towels, blankets and nets available, too. It is indeed so close to the sheets that you can actually walk without any problems, and even though I have chosen to go with the local tour cars, it was less than a minute from there to the entrance of the park.

Beautiful and peaceful little wooden dream house. My favourite thing was to open all the windows in the morning and have my coffee on the balcony, swinging on the hammock. Be aware of mosquitos, but this is nature, we just need to be equipped with spray and whatnot. Helena is lovely and very responsive, giving all the good tips, like the passeio in the most beautiful dunes & lagoons we’ve ever seen. Her friend Paco was a great and also very nice guide. We loved it!

Perfect place, impeccable cabin, in front there is a river where they provide 2 caiques for guests. The only point is that because it is far from the center, we needed a 4x4 or quadricycle to get around, with a round-trip cost and it was very difficult to find a tour transfer that picked us up at the door. But otherwise, we love it!

Well clean, smelling house, with all the necessary utensils, of easy location, with plenty of balconies and gourmet area. All according to description. Very cozy house, well worth experience.
