Excellent apartment in an unbeatable area of Santiago

Beautiful 40-square-meter apartment with a terrace, two rooms, ideal for a couple, very well-lit, tastefully decorated and with a small but efficient kitchen. Located next to Hotel W, very close to Costanera Centre Mall, in the heart of El Golf, the best neighborhood in Santiago, where you will find the best restaurants, bars, bakeries, coffees (brunch!), supermarkets, etc. There is also a cinema nearby and the metro is a 7-minute walk away.

Our place offers convenience to a great value. A few steps from Plaza de Armas is this old accommodation, that's why its spaces are spacious, for greater comfort it has been remodeled. Parking is included in the stay, it is 250 meters away, works 24h with security and roofing. It is for one vehicle only. The studio is located in the back of a house and individually accessible. The kitchen is shared with two other guests and offers everything you need for cooking and eating. The studio itself is generously kept with attention to detail and has a private bathroom. The privacy, the tranquility, the garden and the whole atmosphere there are really unbeatable. Anita and her husband Abraham were excellent hosts and are excellent people, friendly, kind and attentive. About the apartment, the room is identical to the photos, with a comfortable bed, good pillow and clean blankets. The bathroom is shared, but in good condition. In addition, the property is a 15-minute walk to the Baquedano subway station and around it there are many shops and bars/restaurants, as well as being very close to downtown Santiago. In the morning, a small breakfast is offered, which helps you to go out without being hungry. In general, I recommend the accommodation and thank Anita and Abraham for the days I spent with them!

This hostel is a nice little place for a short stay. We liked that it was so close to the airport. We rented a car and David was nice enough to let us use the courtyard parking space, gated and off the street. The breakfast available is small, limited, but sufficient. If you're looking for a big breakfast, you'll want to go out somewhere. The backyard area is a beautiful place for seating or lounging. We had breakfast back there a couple of times. My favorite part of all is the dog, Gordita. She is incredibly sweet, patient, and welcoming. I spent too much time petting her. Would go back just for her.

I highly recommend staying here. Super convenient for the airport, I used the Transvip shuttle service in both directions. Very friendly hosts. Very clean. Plus a nice breakfast which was much appreciated.
