This is a beautiful legally registered property, with great views and wonderful fresh ocean breeze. Our apartment is located two blocks away from Charles Darwin Avenue. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to main attractions like the Charles Darwin Research Station and beach, great restaurants, cafés, shops, dive shops, tour operators and more. Great option for guests seeking flexibility, comfort and good value. The bedroom has AC, however the living area only benefits from a nice sea breeze.

You can see sealions, marine iguanas , sally light foot crabs, lava herons , great blue herons, pelicans, turtles, blue footed boobies while you are relaxing on the terrace of the Tree house. A life enhancing place to relax, write, read , paint, recharge, swim, do yoga on the large terrace, enjoy each moment. Listen to the soothing music of the sea while you doze. Sunshine filled, bright garden suite, next to the entrance to the Galapagos National Park and the Charles Darwin Station, and a few blocks away from some of the best restaurants, art galleries and bars in town. Located on the far end of one of Puerto Ayora's main streets, accessible to the road but removed enough to be isolated from the urban noise. An AC cools the suite when needed in the warmer months, and it’s screened windows are the alternative as well .
