O Joaquim Pierre , fez-nos sentir como se a casa fosse nossa . A nossa estadia , foi impecável, sempre que precisávamos de algo , estava disposto a ajudar . Adoramos e vamos voltar !!! Os animais , são absolutamente incríveis, dóceis demais , muito bem tratados , recomendo vivamente este alojamento.

This house is beautifully located in a very quiet and private area, accessible through a dirt track for about 5 minutes of typical Alentejo surroundings: cork tree and olive tree hills, with sheep and cows roaming free. The house itself is exactly as described and as the pictures. Very comfortable for a family of four, spacious and functional. We particularly enjoyed the outdoors patio with the excellent barbeque, and the pool. We had a few issues with the pool water, which were very promptly taken care of by Sebastião. From the house, it's quick to get to the bigger town of Santiago do Cacém, where you can find everything in the daily food market, and also large supermarkets. The nearest beach is Melides, which is about 30 minutes away, then Sines, Saõ Torpes, Porto Covo and Santo André to the south, and Comporta to the north, all about a 45-minute drive away. Very nice holiday, would highly recommend.

Dear Joana and Nuno, I wanted to express my deep gratitude for the opportunity to stay at your establishment. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home, welcomed, and comfortable. The impeccable cleanliness, quality mattress, sheets, and towels were exceptional, details that are often overlooked in many places. Little touches like these make the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the bottle of local wine, cheese, and freshly baked bread offered to me upon arrival were a lovely gesture. The ambiance of the place left me with a feeling of tranquility and well-being. I appreciate the good taste and additional amenities, such as the keyboard and mouse next to the flat-screen TV, which made it possible for me to work remotely optimally. It has been a memorable experience, and I definitely plan to repeat it in the future. Thank you very much for everything.

Wir haben uns (Familie mit Kindern) sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr hell, freundlich, luftig und großzügig. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus weit überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet. Alle Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, naturnah mit Schafen und sogar Rebhühnern. Loggia und Terrasse bieten schöne Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten. Die Straße zum Haus ist für eine landwirtschaftliche Straße sehr gut. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sem sombra de dúvida a melhor estadia de todo o sempre, não só pelo espaço que era maravilhoso, mas muito também pela simpatia e disponibilidade da anfitriã. A casa é ótima e decorada com imenso bom gosto. Tudo o que se possa precisar há 😉. A piscina é perfeita e o jardim está super bem cuidado. Foram uns dias muito bem passados e vai ser com certeza para repetir. Não menos importante... o meu patudo adorou também e teve imenso espaço para brincar.

Mansao a été très réactive à notre arrivée (malgré l'heure tardive). Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans le logement, c'était calme et le patio dehors parfait pour le petit-déjeuner !

O Tiago é um ótimo anfitrião. A casa tem ótimas condições, é muito bonita, totalmente renovada, com todos os utensílios necessários e a localização é perfeita para um fim-de-semana na calma do Alentejo.

Wir haben einige Tage in diesem kleinen Haus verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Der checkin ist unkompliziert, das wlan funktioniert auch gut und am besten ist die Senhora, die sich um das Haus kümmert, und somit auch um uns. Im Garten sind Orangenbäume, die jetzt reife Früchte hatten. Ein großartiges extra! Die Winter können nachts in Alentejo kalt sein, es gibt einen kleinen mobilen Heizkörper und ausreichend Bettdecken. Zu den Stränden sind wir 20-25 min gefahren, kleine Geschäfte gibt es in 5 Minuten Entfernung, größere Supermärkte in Sines ca. 25 Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt kann ich das Haus empfehlen 👍🏽

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa na Herdade do Frei Cuco! A casa é espaçosa, muito bem cuidada, rodeada por um lindo jardim e com uma piscina perfeita para os dias de calor. O ambiente é super tranquilo, ideal para descansar e aproveitar a natureza. Francisco foi um anfitrião excelente, sempre disponível e atencioso, o que tornou a experiência ainda melhor. Recomendo muito para quem procura sossego, conforto e uma verdadeira experiência alentejana. Com certeza queremos voltar!

The stay at Mariana and Pedros wonderful Villa was everything we had hoped for. For two people we had more then enough space. They live right in the same building and were super responsive and kind, but also were careful to give us space and leave us alone, to not interfere with our holiday. The pool, with the adjacent area is just fantastic. There are peacocks roaming the property and the entire estate throws you back into a different rural Portugal. The communication from Mariana was fantastic, as there was a blackout on the entire Iberia Peninsula, she was super fast to tell us what was happening, what we should do to prepare and kept us updated all through the day. And before it became night, she had a antique petroleum lamp and lots of candles for us to not stay in the dark. 10/10 would not be anywhere else during a once in decade blackout, then in Mariana and Pedros home. We thank them a lot and will keep this stay in our hearts.

Heerlijk huis. ruim, hoog en gezellig ingericht. mooi zwembad en prachtige omgeving. zo stil en groen.

Wir hatten einen großartigen 13-Nächte-Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb. Die Privatsphäre war perfekt, man konnte völlig ungestört sein. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die vielen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Musikanlage hat super funktioniert. Der Pool liegt idyllisch in der Natur, umgeben von Feldern, weshalb manchmal Insekten hineingelangen – was in dieser Lage ganz normal ist. Antonio kam alle drei Tage zur Reinigung, danach war der Pool problemlos nutzbar. An den anderen Tagen konnte man die Insekten auch selbst leicht herauskeschern. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen!

Wir hatten mit Familie und Freunden einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war super ausgestattet mit genug Platz auch für 2 Familien. Der Pool war auch grossartig.

We had a wonderful time at Herdade. Even though the weather was cold & rainy and we didn't spend as much time outdoors as we'd hoped, the house felt warm & cosy and there was lots to keep us entertained (snooker, board games, drum & guitar). João was available on WA and took the initiative to communicate with us to check everything was fine and make us feel welcome.

This house is something else, absolutely amazing. The Alentejo's regional decoration, the little details, the immaculate outside space, ping pong table, well maintained swimming pool and the fire pit, this place has it all. Hats off to the work that took to make this place so welcoming. Also a note to Edite's communication with us, helping us choosing the best route to get to the property, and suggesting local places to visit. She's been ace. The only downside is that we've only booked 2 days 😂. I'll definitely keep this one in my favourites 👌

A casa do Sérgio tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia ótima na Costa Vicentina! Muito perto do Badoca Parque e da Destilaria Black Pig e com todas as condições dentro da habitação. A comunicação com o Sérgio foi sempre muito rápida!

La casinha sulla Lagoa è un piccolo alloggio dotato di tutto il necessario, a pochissimi passi dalla laguna e dalla spiaggia. È stato molto bello trascorrere gli ultimi due giorni del nostro viaggio in Portogallo in questa sistemazione. Isabel era via per lavoro ma la comunicazione con lei è stata molto semplice e il senor Jaime é stato sempre presente e molto gentile in ogni circostanza. Raccomando l'alloggio a chiunque sia alla ricerca di tranquillità e spero di poter tornare ancora alla casinha!

We loved our stay at Paulo’s place. The accommodations are basic but the setting is absolutely beautiful. We loved getting to sit on the chairs out back or take a stroll among the cork trees. It’s about a 20-min drive to the restaurants and amenities of Porto Covo. Overall, great stay and Paulo was a wonderful and communicative host.

O espaço exterior é muito agradável e a casa é pequena, mas super aconchegante e mais que suficiente, com a cozinha muito bem equipada. De ressalva apenas o colchão, que é muito duro (talvez resolva com um sobrecolchão), e a churrasqueira, onde faltam as "ferramentas".

Monte muito agradável para passar com família e amigos, super tranquilo e acolhedor. Ainda gostaria de destacar a disponibilidade da anfitriã, que foi sempre muito atenciosa.

Uma casa muito familiar, ideal para quem procura como experiência o acolhimento numa casa tradicional portuguesa, a privacidade é máxima a piscina perfeita para o calor que se faz sentir em pleno Alentejo, a vila é linda, felizmente com muita população residente o que faz com que se sinta num ambiente verdadeiro e amistoso, a beleza rural é incrível para quem como nós aprecia o campo, esta casa é “Visinha” desde o mercado com frutas e peixinho fresco, como farmácia, banco etc. O churrasco é muito útil, até porque o peixe e a carne são especialidades gastronómicas. Perto de praias lindíssimas entre Porto Covo e Sines. O anfitrião é muito acessível e ofereceu desde início todas as indicações necessárias para ter uma experiência perfeita.

Wat een fijn huis! De tuin met zwembad is heerlijk, maar ook alle andere ruimtes in huis zijn zowel gebruiksvriendelijk als heel mooi ingericht en schoon. De omgeving heel rustig, maar als je van tevoren goed boodschappen hebt gedaan is er geen reden om het huis te verlaten en daar een heerlijke tijd te hebben!

The house was so charming and comfortable. So much nicer in person than the pictures portray. It was always a delight to come back home to this cosy little refuge. We were weather beaten after days at various stunning beaches, so coming back to the oasis of a garden and comfortable house was a delight each day. Proper furniture, to relax in, unlike some other stays, plus the house was fitted out with everything you could / would need. A real home from home. Handy amount of land in addition to the garden on the property, so our dog was happy and had plenty of room to explore, shelter and relax. The bakery in the village supplies the most amazing cakes/ treats / delights. I’d recommend anyone staying to stock up from there! Ines was super helpful and flexible. We arrived early and she was incredibly accommodating. Lots of help to find the dog friendly beaches too, so that was great. We loved this little house and it’s high timber ceilings. A very memorable stay. Thanks

Passámos uma semana em família nesta casa - 8 adultos e uma criança. Ambiente tranquilo e sossegado, isolado, perfeito para uns dias de descanso. Os espaços exteriores são espectaculares, havendo sempre uma parte ao sol e outra à sombra. O trampolim fez a delícia da mais nova assim como os jardins envolventes e a piscina. A cozinha, wc's, sala e quartos estao bem equipados, não nos faltou nada. O Duarte (proprietário) foi bastante atencioso e simpático, sugeriu uns passeios pelas redondezas, explicou tudo direitinho. Um bom anfitrião! Sem dúvida, um local a que gostaríamos de voltar uma e outra vez. Um bem haja!
