Safe and easily accessible area: 2 blocks from the Civil Police station and half a block from Vila Militar. You'll be close to everything: pharmacies, a gas station, and excellent dining options.

You will breathe tranquility, peace, nature. We are 15 minutes from the city center. Two-story house, on the second floor has two bedrooms with incredible mountain views and a full bathroom; on the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, barbecue and another bathroom. We can describe our home as the perfect mix of the countryside and the city. A house that has just been built and is not yet painted. We have beds for 5 people plus we have an inflatable mattress or sofa bed.
