Apartment as shown in the photos and description, clean, cozy and well decorated. There was an oven in the description, but it wasn't in the apartment, but the listing has already been corrected. The suggestion is that for longer stays, there could be a change of towels.

The apartment is very nice, it has high ceilings, which makes it an elegant space, the bedroom is a little small, but the rest of the spaces make up for it, it was also impeccable and smelled very good. The kitchen is very well equipped, we were with our babies and I had everything I needed to make their meals. Ellen was very kind and allowed us to check in much earlier so we could go to the falls that day, which was excellent! She was also always attentive to everything we needed. Anyway, we had a very good stay, we felt right at home.

The apartment is very nice, very clean and exceeded expectations. I don't have many negative points to talk about the apartment. What bothered me a little is that the light, detected by the sensor, enters through the cracks in the door, if you have sensitivity to light, a blindfold solves it. There is a market very close, which is a plus for the apartment, but on Saturdays and Sundays the place is very deserted, very different from weekdays. The bed is excellent, the blankets too, and the shower is also good. The building is very clean and smelly. I recommend it, especially if your goal is Paraguay and Itaipu.

Fernando answered all my questions very quickly. The building has a laundry machine for rent and also a self-service mini market! I liked that you can go at any time and buy what you need and you can help yourself. There is a supermarket one block from the accommodation and also the friendship bridge is about 6 blocks away, I crossed to Paraguay walking from the building. The accommodation has a hair dryer, coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, blender and many utensils, in addition to what you see in the photo. Very complete. I couldn't get the air to work in the heat and at night it was a little cold. I felt like there was a lot of humidity, so at night I felt cold. Other than that, everything is excellent

Our stay was great, Irineo and Katia welcomed us very well, whenever we needed them they helped us. The super clean house, the fragrant blankets and towels, that makes all the difference for sure! The only observation is in relation to the low flow and pressure of the showers, which we have already informed Irineo and he was to resolve.
