Beautiful and spacious house located in the middle of nature. Unique place, with solitary beaches, hiking and fishing in the sea. They fit 16 people comfortably, ideal for 2 or 3 families. It has terraces, a hot tub, hammocks, a BBQ grill and a campfire pit. 4 pieces, living room, 3 bathrooms, large common spaces. 15 min from Llico and 20 from Vichuquén. Seventh region of the Maule. 4 hours from Santiago. Access to dirt road, in safe and quiet condominium.

You can get to this spacious place and enjoy its facilities and the lake without having to get back in the car as it is very well located being close to the Boulevard of the lake and the supermarket. The house is fully equipped, however guests are requested to bring their towels as they are considered personal items. The water is from a deep well so it is recommended to drink bottled water.
